March Break is over... it was a nice quiet week. Now the big yellow flashing things are back, and traffic returns to what it is.

I should be HAPPY for the tanned folks. They paid a lot of money for the sunburn and hangovers. :D

T-minus just a few days until vacation and tropical warmth and sun...and we've both come down with colds. Damn it!!
I don't want to be coughing as I'm getting my beach cabana massage.
:(

Rx:
A week lying on a beach whilst being served drinks that have little umbrellas in them.

I don't get anything with an umbrella in it anymore. I'm at an age where I can't see my drink very well and I keep poking myself in the eye.

Or maybe it's the number of drinks.

The umbrellas are a safety hazard.

Blocked ears and a jet flight. Bad combo. :(

Be nice to your ear drums.

Not recommended. It is, in fact, a seriously bad idea.

I made the mistake of doing exactly that a couple of years ago and ended up in the most excruciating pain imaginable. By the time we landed, I was in utter agony. Fifteen more minutes of that and god knows what I'd have done.

I got a haircut. I don't have to do anything else productive today.

i dunno if the side affects of the meds are worth the less pain i am having with the knee

If you can handle the pain, don't take them. Maybe try Tylenol or ibuprofen? Ice or heat?
These are just suggestions. If they make you really tired, try holding off taking them until you go to sleep.

Hope you feel better soon. :rose:

The way Irish is spelled and the way it's pronounced bear no fucking resemblance to each other.

Well, that's what happens when you spell a language with an alphabet that has only slightly more than half as many letters as you need and then don't update spelling for hundreds of years.

There are rules, at least.

This^^^^. Percs are nasty. If you're catching a buzz then you don't need something of that strength.

Please be careful with opioid pills like Percs.
