it's been a ... different kind of day:

helping H take the thing off the back of the tractor (the rotavator or summat) and put the bush hog on instead. of course things didn't go as smoothly as they should, and much WD40, hammer and tongue were used but we did it, and considering i've not messed with tractors before it can't be bad.

then i mowed out back of the shop and around the side of the veggie garden on the sit-n-ride mower

picked another 5 gallon of tomatoes ready for tomorrow morning to prep, and another load of elderberries. tonight is chinese.

i've even stripped all the elderberries from their stems. i am rockin' it today. looks like they're destined for elderberry jelly made with apple juice and maybe something a little spikier tossed in there as well
