I lived in an apartment complex when I was on the corner of a turnaround.

You may have awoken at 5ish, but it does not mean without them, you wouldnt have been awake at literally every other hour of the day.

Yeah, with me the light is secondary, I'm pretty sure... I was only about 20 minutes later on a dark grey morning. Winter, the same - give or take that 20 minutes...

My ability to sleep at one time amazed everyone. I could sleep anywhere, anytime. Beta blockers seem to cause sleep disturbances. Lucky to sleep 3-4 hours before being awoken by very lucid dreams. Then it's lie awake for an hour or more trying to get back to sleep. Smoking a doobie really helps. But am trying to lay off being chronic. Has a depressing effect these days.
