While Peter Sunde may have thought he'd left The Pirate Bay behind, the legal system has a different opinion. The Finnish court has just ordered Sunde to pay $395,000 to major record labels after their content was shared illegally via the torrent site.

The Pirate Bay has long been called a piracy haven that deprives artists of their income, and this criticism has recently expanded to include one of its co-founders, Peter Sunde. Being one of the most recognizable people in the file-sharing space, the 37-year-old has openly called for the current The Pirate Bay to die. Nevertheless, Sunde now finds himself in the midst of a new TPB-related problem.
Sony Music Entertainment Finland, Warner Music, Universal Music, and EMI Finland sued Peter Sunde accusing him of facilitating illegal sharing of the music of 60 of their artists through The Pirate Bay. As a result, the Helsinki District Court ordered him to pay record labels almost $400,000. Previously, Finnish ISPs blocked The Pirate Bay, but this made no difference to the site’s operations, as expected. While there is no accusation that Sunde shared anything himself, the lawsuit still held him responsible for copyright infringement.
As the TPB founder did not appear in court to defend himself, the Court handed down a default judgment, ordering Sunde to pay the full amount plus costs of around $62,000 to the local branch of IFPI. Besides, he also faces a fine of one million euros if the infringing content continues to be shared on the platform. However, it is unclear how he is supposed to do anything about it.

You hurt my heart.![]()
it can't be helped. lebron is just kind of a douche.
I am concered about your taste, young woman.
Ya know? That's what sucks. He was likable and shit before the decision and was poised to take the MJ/Kobe throne. MJ was a degenerate and Kobe's a rapist and he'll still never be loved like they are.
I too am concerned about my taste.... hence the dating hiatus![]()
Just keep your balls in the air, dear. You'll be fine.
Is that from the new Warcraft movie![]()
As the sun sets it's dropped 5 degrees. Now it's a breezy 117.
Shut up you smelly paki.Just my way of making amends for taking so much space within this thread:
I liked this site.how they made things so easy to understand, yet practical:
THREE KEY EMOTIONAL TRIGGERS
http://omegazadvisors.com/2013/10/28/three-key-emotional-triggers/
"Key emotional triggers in humans:
Security
Growth
Uniqueness
I refer to them as triggers because they are used frequently in marketing, advertising and sales to encourage us to buy. For example, consider consumer vehicles. Trucks’ advertisements will usually emphasize toughness, power and strength, aspects of security. Those of sports cars will emphasize excitement, speed and youth, aspects of growth. Luxury cars usually emphasize exclusivity, success and specialness, aspects of uniqueness. Certain triggers even dominate certain industries. Try to identify which triggers are working in the next commercials you watch.
Recognizing these triggers has two important implications for us.
First, it protects us from those who wish to influence us without our knowledge.
- With this in mind, what car commercials do you like, your friends? The triggers they use to attract will tell us something about ourselves and friends.
Second, it helps us assess and adapt to different personalities.
- Someone buys music. All will help us identify the emotional trigger causing the purchase.
Older music could mean security, newer growth and popular uniqueness. Their thoughts could reinforce this or cause further exploration.
Saying they bought it because it completes a collection implies security, because it’s new implies growth and because it’s good implies uniqueness. Saying the music has a powerful feeling implies security, a freshness to it implies growth and a way of speaking to them uniqueness."
Pardon my french, but do go and suck Emerson's cock.
You're better at that than at playing the retard detective.
Skeevy, what a cool word
So, detective is one of those words you have your own definition for, I guess.
You do amuse me, the way you think telling me to suck cock is an insult.
I'm not sure why you're bringing Emerson into this, unless it's some pique of jealousy because you saw him respond to me once or twice and found it threatening to your relationship. Don't worry your messy little head about that; it meant nothing.
Someone should start a #Glossary thread. Well, except for the whole #smorgasbord aspect of it.
The other idea would be to link GFY pics in a thread to accompany each ##'s sexual insult they attempt.
