My oldest wears those types every day in the winter, she must have 9 or 10 pair.

The conflict of living in Minnesota and having wood floors means that everyone must wear slippers or it can get too chilly. That plus blankets in front of the fire and now I just remembered why I put up with winters.

I like to have warm ankles too. . If the young me saw me now she'd put me to sleep. But I'd have comfortable feet and warm ankles whilst being shot.

I wear short shorts and slippers. I have no idea why, I guess from mid-thigh to ankle I don't get cold but my toes do!

Edit: did you know you can get sheepskin insoles for shoes/ boots? . They make feet not as happy as fleece embracing the ankle and foot. but better than nothing.

Elf slippers! Oh my gosh, those are adorable. My feet are so big that I'd look more like the Jolly Green Giant than a little elf but I love the idea.

I love the UGG insoles! I put some in my rain boots and I've never been happier when we get a rainy day.
