2 days off, so much to do, still on the bed and drinking coffee.

A weekend in the country!
How exciting, how delightfully droll!

Must pack tonight. And shop. And rip out some body hair. And lecture kids. And and and...

Yesterday I read a story about a woman given a ticket for breastfeeding her baby while driving. Are we now in need of a "boobs free" law?

I'd look proper sexy with a whippet round me neck and a mug of tea pouring down me unshaved legs. From Midday to Midafternoon. :D

I'd take it just because it's you, but afterwards those furry stems are getting curried.

my cat is making raptor like noises in the window sill. if you're not afraid, you should be.

Thank you, birdy. that made me smile.

I actually feel rested today!

Today is (supposedly) the last day of this miserable heat wave. I'm really ready to start bitching about the cold.

got some stuff done - the affidavit printed out and witnessed, monies moved around, loads of meat bought from the only decent butcher i know, sorted out something about the snakes and paid a few bills. now i feel very nap-needy. :)

So Cindy Mancini died from a morphine overdose. :( This is a sad day for my childhood.

Interestingly, Kentucky is electing a governor this year...

...Republican Matt Bevin reportedly supports Rowan County Clerk Kim Davis' decision not to issue marriages licenses to anyone, while Democrat Jack Conway opposes her decision.

(Current two-term incumbent Democrat governor Steve Beshear has also stated his stark opposition to Davis' position...

...but admits even as governor, he holds no legal power to stop or obstruct her.)

A July 31, 2015 Bluegrass Poll revealed Democrat Conway leading Bevin 45% - 42% in the governor's race...

...with 13% undecided.

It will be interesting seeing, now that the Supreme Court has unconstitutionally established same-sex marriage as an illegitimate constitutional right and is determined to stand behind that illicit act...

...how the people of Kentucky, with whom consideration of ratification for all constitutional Amendments reside, will decide.

This is the truest factual statement I've agreed with in a very very long time... Running your wipers at 9am all the way to work with the sun shining is not my idea of a "beautiful morning" Chad Sandy Chief Meteorologist!! He's a dirty rotten liar fuck cunt!
