First day back to work. My stomach is tender. I could hardly eat anything since Tuesday afternoon. I'm nibbling on crackers and sipping chamomile tea. Hopefully it will help. I feel very weak and a bit quaky.

I'm sorry you had the flu. I don't know if this was the flu or not. Thing is, the cold portion of it is pretty much gone. I'm just dealing with the effects of not eating properly for almost 72 hours. Maybe 1200 calories over the three days? Just not enough. I'm perpetually hungry now.

I came home and slept for almost four hours solid.
