word. i learned that lesson the hard way. my lower back still gets bitchy in the winter thanks to the weekend where i slipped on ice twice. honestly, i'm just glad i didn't hit my head. i did that in 4th grade. i don't remember that much about the 4th grade.

They go on and off at the door. I keep a pair in my car. I admit that some of the studded shoes are very good, but they aren't floor friendly when you're out for the day. They can even be damn slippery on polished concrete floors.
