Does it shorten the time you're sick?

Thankfully it's not an awful one as far as colds go, but it's not fun. My throat is sore, I have a little cough, a bit of runny nose, a bit of a headache and I'm tired. But since I quit smoking, the colds are so much less intense. So that's good.

But I'm still grumpy.

And I'm hungry with absolutely zero energy to do anything about it. Does alka seltzer cold medicine count as dinner?

Chicken soup for dinner last night. I bought it from Publix. Added garlic, parsley and pepper. I think it helped. I have another can for tomorrow.

Alka Seltzer cold meds and throat coat tea today.

I'm not sure about this. Flat 7up and peppermint tea. I used to live on Vics when I smoked and got sick. Thankfully it's not as much of a problem these days. Cigs are evil.
