The only buzzkill on canned smoked oysters is that the country of origin is generally China. And, I don't eat foodstuffs from China. I will, when I am in China, but not until.

That’s probably one of the best perks of living in either coast or where you are. The fresh seafood and shellfish would be amazing.
Still, I think my heart is settled on Colorado. There’s just something very majestic and soulful about the mountains. The make my heart so happy
