yes, mowing. in my yard it's avoiding suicidal crickets. they always head for the clump of grass i'm just about to mow. their instincts are not their friends.

the bumbles have bright orange butts, so at least they're easy to spot.
crickets are a bit... grass coloured. suicidally camouflaged.

Made that mistake once in Jamaica after spicy shrimp. The balls really feel the burn.
