When I was a teen I was not allowed to go to the drive-in with a boy. If I went to a movie with a boy I was only to see a movie that was not playing at the drive-in. When I got home after the date, my parents would grill me on the movie that we saw. So I would have a friend who saw that movie describe it to me beforehand and go to the drive-in anyway. Until the time my parents were waiting at the drive-in entrance and busted me.

I sat outside with my son for an hour starting at 4:30 this morning. We were bundled up with hot drinks in hand. That moon was spectacular and just sitting in silence with him was even better. I couldn't help but think it won't be long until he's grunting at me like his sister when I try to wake him for things like this.
