So our washer broke down. They're delivering a new one tomorrow. A guy we know heard this and was all "Hurr hurr I bet you're excited hurr hurr" (that's literally what his laugh sounds like) - the implication being that as a female of the species, things like new washers and new tile and furniture and shit like that should just get me all tickled. What an asshole.

But I am actually pretty excited. It's got all sorts of new features. Energy/water efficient and quiet and stuff. You can even plug it into an app that'll let you know when you're wash is done, which is hellauseful to, I dunno, someone who isn't me, I guess.
