Ok im watching this film now, i have had it in my collection for a while on the basis im a Pacino fan, i have attempted to watch it countless time and simply cannot get into it!! with the exception of Gladiator Russel Crowe stinks he isnt an actor he should be put out to pasture!! How does this guy keep getting scripts??

Now im not 1 to rant and rave but god this film sucks!! It got 7 Academy Award Nominations how many did it win?? NONE yes none and y cause this film sucks, it doesnt deserve to be called a film Al Pacino what on earth was u thinking???

Well, the film was interesting.......

Russell Crowe isn't the best actor, but he is hot as FUCK and that is why I like him so much. He looks like my ex, grrrrrr.........

I can see me and u falling out!! after a promising start as well, Gladiator have the affects it had passion it had glory!! Come on the film rocked

The lions, the drama the the the everything, come on women give it its grace that it so rightly deserves!! and then theres Oliver Reed what a great performance maybe the peformance of his life (no pun intended)

Now, the movie was fine, but not very accurate historically.
That is all I am going to say.

The only thing I didn't like about it was that I didn't get to see Maximus naked..........

russel crowe is diverse and gripping. gladiator was the most overrated movie of the year,it was actually his WORST role. and pacino? talk aout overrated! this guy actually manages to overact AND be wooden at the same time.

If you want a clever plot, try Mission Impossible. It's too clever and impossible to understand.
