i need to start getting into a more regular exercise routine again but it's been hard to find the time between work and taking care of this baby and taking care of the house and this and that and this and that and this but anyways i'm trying to take care of myself to some success.

but anyways i took twenty minutes this afternoon and stripped down and followed some naked yoga video and had a blast and instead of killing my body with so much cardio i might try this out more regularly because it felt really good and nice and here's a shot of me getting ready to do cobra pose.

Holy moly, need a spotter? Towel girl? I do love yoga and agree, it's good for the soul!!

Still working on that Balasana but some progress was made. A little glimpse of the video that i was following, hehe. It's a little hot & i'm dripping sweat; i think i'll find a mat the next go around but my body is humming and feeling loose(r) than it has in quite a while

Mm, it's been a week and there has been little fun and mostly just on edge but so it goes sometimes when life is so busy and stressful. Could use some time for fun but my back aches and neck is feeling super tight. Ahhh, not how I wanted to start off my Monday. Thankfully, got the flammable vapor sensor that i need to replace on our water furnace so that the hot water will stay on! Now to go tinker and see what I can figure (thank you, youtube.com).

Everything still aches, and i am about ready to go over that edge but i'm doing my best to keep from making a mess. Fixed the water heater (!!) & also fixed the garage door that hasn't opened since we moved in. Feeling super suburban and oddly handy (typically i feel very unhandy) so that's nice. Felt cute, probably won't delete any time soon.

pre-shower, very sweaty. oops! got a mile in on a walk yesterday + 3 miles after work and it's humid and hot and gross in the midwest and i'm about ready to cry until we start getting cooler temps again

now was not the time to be less of a body-proof person
during this metabolic intensity of dreams
