Weekend coming.....I'll be able to stay up later......actually, I'll have to, Friday and Saturday night around here gets a tad noisy, local pubs have live music, and the bass thrum will make it impossible to sleep.....as well as the revellers who think it hilarious to stand in the street and scream and screech for hours after the pub has closed and the band have finished playing.
I'm sure we'll catch up on 'whatever' this weekend.
Meanwhile, I have actually started my Rainy Day story......thanks to the influence of a new friend with whom I was talking last night. In the process of expounding the outline of the story, I found I was actually writing it. Neat eh??
Mat is on her way.

I know I need lots of bed rest, and hot tea. *ignoring the 'Auntie Mattie', knowing you are trying to wind me up.*
Got the tea, but I have 30 minutes to get showered and dressed and out of here for work.
I'll struggle through today, and do very little at the weekend. Of course today is glorious, sun streaming through the attic window, and the weekend is going to be horrendous, rain, rain and more rain, so I'll be happy to stay in my bed.
New friend, as in new friend. Just that. Someone I talk to. So quit with the eyebrow thing, OK ? Wicked girl.
I gotta sign out now, I was just checking on you.

The concern is real though, rain would be good, it would make you rest and stay quiet, and that will make you get better faster. *pushing a big hot mug of tea in your direction*
