It's nearly 100 F here in TX. Do NOT come for a visit before November, you'll never survive it.

Goodbye all. Off to do the grownup thing and become a student again.

My brother has been nagging me to come visit him where he lives in Texas, for the last 9 years, and then proceeds to tell me how hot it is.

Lucky, darling, I KNOW I won't survive, even in November. That's why I've never been. On days like this I dream and fantasy of holidays in Iceland, and Greenland.........one of the Poles would do as well.

*wistful sigh*

Mood improved, got e-mail problems sovled temporarily. New service should start Monday. Let the weekend begin!

Only problem, looks like rain thru Sunday and need some way to get the kids out of the house.

Any suggestions?

Lime

Give them an umbrella and rain boots and tell them to go play in the rain....

Hey there honey,

Still pissin down rain up there?

The umbrella and boots trick worked when they were young, but with teenagers, I'll have to be more creative. <sigh>

Hell, I still do it! I love being in the rain..

Good morning everyone.

Saturday, sunny, warm..........AC/DC on to wake me up, get my muscles moving.

The buyers of our house are arriving at midday for another look around the house before they move in in 3 weeks' time, so Mat has some tidying and clearing to do. Currently, I am living in a warehouse that resembles a tip.

See you all later.

Morning vella. I've already tied up all the recycle (newspapers, magazine and cardboard). Now to wait til they open so I can drive it over. Haven't a clue what I'll do with the rest of the day, other than drive the family nuts from being stuck indoors. Write maybe?

No hat yet, the Mrs. knocked it off last night and I still can't find it. When I go out, I'll need somethng waterproof. I just hope I can find something sexier than one of those stupd yellow "Gorton's Fisherman" things.:(

Good morning lucky.

How things down home today?

MSL

Hey there, you sexy sub-lime thing! Things here are grand. They're sure to plunge after a while when my husband returns from his bike ride but for right now, it's just me and the lil Luckster watching Charlotte's Web and snuggling in the big chair.

How are you and yours?

~lucky
