The hullo-goodbye thread.

*yawwwwwwwwwwwwwnnnnnnnnnnn*

Morning people.
How does it get to be morning so damn soon. I need another 24 hours in bed.

Mat :rose:

Mat home again...........

I think maybe this thread has served its purpose, I seem to spend a lot of time saying hullo-goodbye to myself.

Mat :)

OK you guys, last chance to use this thread......or.....or....or....I'm going to live up to my sig line from Lucky, and turn into a little shit !!

I can do it you know......providing someone reminds me how to be one. :(

Goodnight, peace and calm to ALL of you.

May your rest, slumber and dreams refresh your hearts and minds. (As well as easing the creaks and creases out of all those bodies ;) )

I talk to myself a lot as well Mat... don't worry about it... most of the time it's the only person we can get any sense out of:D

Nite kid:)

Hi Pops.......talking to myself again.

In case anyone's watching.....I snuck over to this thread to bow out for a short while. Exhaustion has won. Mat's going for a nap, 40 winks, a zizz............

See y'all later.

Good morning all.

Gonna go make a fool of myself today. Taking the day off to play some golf with some friends I see all too rarely.

I don't really golf and haven't done so in years, but socially it should be great.

Anything close to 100 and still having a ball left to play would be a success.

The humidity finally broke last night and there's fresh air about, a trluy wonderful Canadian import.

ah lime.. have a blast!
its not raining there? its actually cold enough to have a summer morning fire here.
are you ganna wear one of those scottish tams on your head today??? *grin*

Definitely much cooler here too, but the rain has pretty much passed.

Sorry, no tam, going for my tweed cap today - gotta keep the dome covered in any case, a burned scalp is too painful, says the voice of experience.

How's the bod mending?

ooo twweeeeddddd.. yummy!
yeah.. covering the dome is a very intelligent thing to do.

good actually.. though sadly my one boob isnt swollen any more.. just a plethora of purple and yellow.. nice royal colors.
thanks for asking sweetness.

Afternoon all.
Back home after yet another hot, sticky, humid and booooring day.

Ciggie (first one of the day), and iced coke. Then I'll be back.

Welcome back gorgeous. hugs and  es

Going to dream of bushy tails now........;)

Sunday morning in UK. Sunny, warm, beautiful.
Looks like AH has finally slumped to a halt for the evening/night/morning, so I'm reprieving this thread, to wish you all a good day, as I return to my packing, clearing and cleaning.

See you all later, hopefully.

Mat :rose:

Mornin' Mat. And goodnight, sweetie.

:rose:

p.s. It's reprised, not reprieved. (helpfully yours) :D

I pop back in to post something, and find you have come out of hiding.
What on earth are you doing still up at 4am??? Get thee to bed, woman.

Its actually both.
Reprise of course, but also reprieve, because I have reprieved it from being a dead thread . :D (help accepted, anytime when done so sweetly. Thank you.)

re·prieve

tr.v. re·prieved, re·priev·ing, re·prieves

1) To postpone or cancel the punishment of.
2) To bring relief to.

(Pretty sure there is no such thing as reprieving the dead.) ;)

re·prise

n.

1) A repetition of a phrase or verse.
2) A return to an original theme.
3) A recurrence or resumption of an action.

(Obviously the better choice, ya nut!)

And the reason I was still up is because I'm currently enraptured with writing a new story that will just not let me go. Got me by the throat. I'm beat but rather enjoying the telling. Wetly.

Off to bed now, sweetie. See you tomorrow. (today) ;)

Smart ass (sexy, but still a smart ass).
The thread was not quite dead, not an ex-thread, but almost. I 'postponed' its punishment temporarily. It's had all the reprieves I'm giving it.

Glad the story is going so well, can't wait to read it. Wetly, or drily. ;)

Sleep well, hun.
