There's a cool little Indy Pop bee bop ditty out there called 'The House' that recalls childhood at the popular house on the block where all the parties and fun were. Parents got divorced and met up with new partners and they all got along. Fun little song really because we probably all remember THAT house in our neighborhoods. He talks about the business out front and party in the back, but he's talking about The House and not his brother's hair.
One of the lines is 'We had the house where everybody came ... ', so in Lit fashion, what happens in the house while all the kids are out back? What are the parents and other adults up to? What happens when they send all the kids to Summer Camp?
