Okay then since my first post about this topic dissappeared without a trace I'll post it again. Let's talk about the music videos that are the hottest ever. As you guys will see I avoided the obvious ones, so I'm sorry but no rap video's or Christina Aguilera.

Such as "Bi" from Living Colour. This dirty grooving song about Bi-sexuality comes with an equally dirty groovy Video. Nothing discreet about this one, this is a full on "Rock out with your cock out" video.
See it here, also included in this clip is a short interview with guitarist Vernon Reid in which he explains the making of this video.

Completely the opposite of the raw deed displayed in "Bi" is Prince in his song "Scandalous" In this song Prince is portraying himself as a smooth lover who had lit the candles all around the room and has bought extra fancy satin sheets inviting his woman in to have a slow night of passion. And his way of moving in the music video perfectly reflects the message of the song.

Then there's the ultimate "legs" video. Robert Palmer's "Addicted to love" how could you not like a video like that? Palmer's intention was to parody the Performance videos that were common in the eighties and have the women deliberatly move against the rythm and having them "Play" the wrong notes. The object was to prove that with sex appeal any music video was a good one. The video was parodied by Tone Loc in "Wild thing" and Shania Twain in "I feel like a woman"

And what would a topic like this be without "Girls on film" by one of the most profillic eighties bands ever Duran Duran look for the sarcastic message at the very end of this music video.

I hope it's not unreasonable of me to ask you for a just a brief description or a link of those Music videos like the way I did.

www.youtube.com

Don't just put down just a title and the artist, describe what the song is about and what makes the music video as hot as you guys say it is.

No offence friend, but if your original thread disappeared without a trace, then it probably joined the likes of Robert Palmer, Duran Duran and Tone Loc.

I'll say it fast because this one might disappear also: Those youtubes are blatant copywrite ripoffs, and this site might frown on that.

Chris Isaac, Wicked Game.

However, since you have brought up the topic and there's an element of sex to be discussed...

I really can't think of a video that made me 'horny' per se, and yet I thought Madonna's "Justify My Love" video contained erotically risqué and controversial elements for its time. Certainly, it preceded her anticipated CD “Erotica”, and the corresponding book called "SEX" (both of which I am much more familiar). In fact, I am pretty sure the video had been banned from almost every play list in North America, although in retrospect I don’t ever remember why. Sure, there was homosexuality and BDSM that didn’t sit well with the mother’s who won't let their kids watch MTV except for the violence, but nothing that would be worthy of ‘banning’ it.

To get back to your question about why “Justify My Love” was a hot video? Well, there were lesbians in it.

(Yes, Roxanne, this is an indirect rip off from a Seinfeld episode available for download on YouTube).

I was under the impression that (at least many) music videos were actually tolerated on Youtube, free exposure and all that. And that the major labels had a deal w the site. While tv-rips and movie clips is a definite no-no.

I dunno, might be wrong.

Howevah.

For recent soft porn music videos, look no further than the dance charts. This one from DJ Peran is pretty...um...playboy-ish. Crap song, but a bona fide T&A overload.

But my favoruite is Armand Van Heldens My My My. Kinda cute. ;)

(legit links, btw)
