He invoked his stuttering as some cover for his mental failings. Had a couple lapses. Fell on the sword and didn't expose who ultimately forced him to resign. Kinda sad really. We all are gonna have to either deal with brain failure or die beforehand. He has 6 months to cure cancer. Prolly won't achieve that campaign promise.
