I walked in to see Lyndie handing this beautiful newcomer a dress. I be honest I got a lot more than I was expectiing Bella was quite the looker, I was attracted to her straight away.

I gave a smile to Lyndie as I walked past, she was also quite a looker just liek her sister but I knew I didnt have a chance so I had never tried.

"Hi there, well as I said my name is Juan. You fancy a tour od the servants areas before you have to go to dinner with the family?"

I held out my hand to her, waiting for answer.

Bella

Bella new right away that this man could get her in trouble, and as a handmaiden her only role in life was to breed children, children that were hers yet at the same time not hers. She didn't want to be sent to the Colonies, so she shook her head, "No thank you, it may take me awhile to get ready." she said to him then took the dress into the adjoining bathroom to prepare for dinner

Lyndie

Getting ready for dinner these days had become more of a chore than anything else. After all, who was she trying to impress. Well, actually today she did have someone she wanted to notice her but in what sense she was still unsure of.

She put on a nice royal blue dress with short sleeves and a low neckline. Her breast were nice, she was no hag at all. Many women envied her for looking like she did. She was a woman of wealth and priviledge after all and you did have an aire to maintain.

Her perfume had the smell of passion if it could have been bottled. That is what people noticed about her first usually. Then her eyes. But she wanted to be wanted, almost needed, and was always weary of showing that need.

She glanced down at her nightstand and noticed that dinner was soon to be served. "Well, I guess I must be on my way." Wouldn't want to be late." she told herself taking one last look in the mirror.
"Yes, I should be envied. But I should be loved too."

Bella

Bella cleaned up and put on the dress, then slowly walked out towards the area she had been told earlier was the main dinning hall

Lyndie

Arriving in the dining hall she finds Bella. "What an esquisite creature she is when dressed up. Pity she is just a servant." She says allowed.

Bella

Bella blushes and bows her head at hearing what Lyndie had to say

 

[ARaynes]

"Bella, is something wrong?" Lyndie says not realizing her thoughts had been spoken allowed. "You will sit here, next to my husband when he arrives. He should be here shortly. Until then we shall sit and wait. Talk perhaps."

She sits across from Bella and rings a bell for the butler to pour a glass of wine. "That will be all until my husband arrives." she dismisses him with a wave of her hand not once taking her eyes off Bella's.

Bella

Bella shakes her head, "No mam," goes to sit where directed. She can't understand how nervous she is, she's never felt this way before. "What does your husband do mam?"

 

[ARaynes]

Lyndie

"He works for a big firm in town. Actually runs it really. He is a very good man, provides for me and our son, as he will the other children. He will provide for you as well, so you need not worry. I am sorry. I am babbling. Please forgive me. Tell me something of yourself."

This was nice. Lyndie didn't have many friends that she could let herself go and with this woman, she felt like she could really let her hair down.

Seth

Seth comes in through the front door looking at his watch. Shit I'm late for supper again. Lyndie is going to be mad this time. HE said today he'd be eating with them, and she always waits until he gets there. Josef always hates waiting so neith one of them will be too happy. But when he gets through the dining room door he stops and seea Lyndie at the table, with a strange woman. Who is that? She's Gorgeous! Lyndie doesn't even seem to have noticed I've been missing? What's going on here?
Seth stands at the door way, waiting to be noticed.

Lyndie

Feeling a presence new in the room Lyndie looks around and spots Seth. He is late, again.

"Nice of you to join us finally. Don't worry about being late. Josef still hasn't shown. Please, sit. This is Bella, our new handmaiden. Well, come. Don't act as if you have never seen someone of her kind before."

<"Seth seems to like Bella. Surely he knows that she is not here to be with him" she thinks to herself.>

"So what is your excuse this time?"

Seth

THere comes that question....
"JUst lost track of time, sorry"
Seth walks in and sits down next to Lyndie. So this is the new handmaiden. YEah I've seen handmaiden's before, but man this girl is fine. Such sexy eyes. Man I havn't been dumb founded by a woman like this for a while. But of course she's Josef's for the taking. And when he's through with her, and the baby has come, she'll be gone. Seth saw it all the time with other families. Man she's pretty.
So is dinner coming? "so what's for supper?"

 

[ARaynes]

Lyndie

"Baked salmon." Lyndie said. Her eyes were trying to meet Seth's but he was busy looking at Bella.

<"Damn her." she thought, "I have always teased this boy since he came to live with us. Now how am I supposed to do that with her here?">

Leaning into Seth to whisper into his ear in her most seductive voice, "Please close your mouth, I want her to think that you are more civilized than that."

Lyndie

My mouth....? My mouth wasn't open, or was it?
Heh oops, maybe I'm being a little obvious.

Seth looked over to Lyndie, and give her a small smile. Lyndies, quite the woman her self. Josef's a luck man. Seth really likes Lyndie, she was so good to him.

"so are we eating soon? do you need a hand lyndie?"

 

[ARaynes]

Lyndie

"No, dear. The butler is serving us tonight. I was going to wait on Josef, but seeing how he is unusually late tonight, I guess we will go a head and start."

The butler comes in and delivers a salad for everyone, excluding the place where Josef usually sat.

"So, tell us of your day Seth. Or of anything you wish."

He had grown to be quite a nice looking young man. With the training he got at school and the way he was taught to be with a woman, he should one day make a fine husband for any woman.

 

[Little_BIG_Guy]

Seth

The Butler puts the salad in front of Seth. He grabs a fork and starts eating.
"Not a lot happened"
"Jay's back in town I went and visited him, we had a few drinks, nothing special"

The handmaiden isn't saying a whole lot, just sitting there. She's also barely eating, looks a little uncomfortable.

Seth looks at Lyndie. ( She's not listening to me, is she?, she's looking at me but her mind is somewhere else)

"yeah, thats my exciting day"

 

[ARaynes]

Lyndie

"That is nice, dear." To be totally honest with herself she wasn't really listening to him, but he didn't seem to notice.

"Do you have anything special planned for this evening? I thought that perhaps you would like to play with me in the living room later."

 

[ARaynes]

OOC:I am about to hit the bed and sleep a bit. I have to go to the gym early tomorrow. But please feel free to post because I will get it as soon as I wake.

PLay with her tonight???
What does she mean by that?hmmmmm

Seth really doesn't have anything to do tonight.

" Yeah, I don't have a lot going on. What do you have in mind?"

Josef

I strode in through the door, nodding at the servant who came shuffling to take my coat.
"Good evening, sir." The servant said with a bow.
I glanced at my watch. "Has my wife and young Seth taken dinner yet?" I asked the servant.
"Actually, they are awaiting you in the dining room, sir. The new handmaiden is with them." the servant replied.
"At the table? What is that wife of mine thinking?" I said, my brow knitting in confusion. "Very well, I shall go now. That will be all."
"Sir." the servant said as a goodbye, bowing before scurrying off to do his other duties.
I straightened my clothes in front of a nearby mirror, before making my way into the dining room. As I strode in, I made first for my wife, kissing her as she rose before motioning for her to sit once more.
"Good evening Lyndie, Seth. I assume this is the new handmaiden?" I asked, rubbing the stubble on my chin before seating myself next to her. My eyes roved over her body. We weren't meant to actually enjoy the company of our maidens, but... well, who could blame me? She was beautiful, and her dress (No doubt one of my lady wife's) showed off the best parts of her body.

Lyndie

Startled by her husband's sudden appearance knocking her out of her daydream she stands to greet him.

"Hello, darling. Nice of you to join us." She said jokingly. When Josef and she married one thing she loved about him was his sense of humor.

He sat and started looking the handmaiden over, just as she knew he would. "Would he feel too fondly for her." She wondered to herself. She knew that the handmaiden would be gone as soon as her duty here was done, and didn't want her husband to hurt when the time came. Others have done so before.

"We were just starting to eat. I had challenged Seth to a game. Most likely chess, but who knows. He is young and I give him the choice."

"I hope your day went well. This is Bella, our new handmaiden."

Seth

"hello Josef" It's bout time I'm hungry.
Seth had finished his salad, and was waiting for his main course which had no doubt been delayed because of Josef's tardiness.

What did Lyndie mean by young? I'm younger than her but not THAT young. I am after all 20. Just.

"Yeah I'm game for some chess, If you'd like to lose again heh heh."
Seth liked to give Lyndie a little of a hard time. It was mostly to see that beautiful smile of hers.

Lyndie

Lyndie liked it when Seth joked with her. He was one of her bright points in her day.

"Hey, you might loose this time boy. I have been taking lessons."

She grinned. "Now, lets eat before this food gets too cold."

She rang for the butler to bring the salmon. It had smelt good earlier, but her appetite wasn't quite for food. She wanted attention. From who, she was still unsure, but attention none the less.

"I know, Josef, that it is not customary for the handmaiden to eat at the table with us, but I did not think you would have time this evening to introduce yourself to her so I thought just this once she could dine with us. She does seem to be a quiet girl though."

"heh, heh. Lessons? We'll see about that."

Oh great the food, I am so hungry. Shit, I better call Dave.
Seth had called Dave earlier expecting to do something with him and the guys that night but how could he say no to Lyndie, She is so nice. Seth just loved the time he spent with her.She is one of his greatest friends. And definitely one of the most beautiful, heh heh, man she's good looking, and she's so nice.

Man I would....

The Salmon came out, and Seth began eating fast, as he hadn't had a meal for a good time now.

"mmm it's quite good"
