If the GOP were serious about amnesty they'd file suit for an injunction to stop the amnesty till the Supremes rule on Obama's violation of Article 1. As it is they wanna be cute and send Obama a money bill he wont sign, and has an excuse to close all the parks and museums, etc. They could avoid the bullshit if they sent Obama a money bill with a clause that authorizes money for amnesty costs IF THE SUPREMES side with Obama.

The GOP doesn't want the court to rule against Obama is why theyre playing it cute.
