It's a muggy 74 degrees here in Virginia at 15 past the hour of 10. Forecast is for higher humidity and temps. and markedly decreased attention spans.


Had a wonderful Father's day here. Got to sleep in yesterday, had a super lunch with some of my favorite picnic style foods. AND!! I got lounge in my hammock without any kids vying for attention. PLUS!! I didn't receive any of those typical Father's day gifts that I have to worry about using just to keep from tromping on feelings.

What a super weekend!

And today is shaping up just fine.

I played basketball for about 3 hours.. turned my ankle and my whole body is sore.. I aint young anymore...
