The Four Sovereigns

Guan-yin quickly registered for the tournament, watching the other fighters around her as she signed her name. Finding out that she did not fight until the next afternoon, she decided to explore and find a place to sleep for the night that would also allow her to train.

As she walked through the crowd, Elizabeth at her heals, she watched for familiar faces and quickly located the man that she had spoken to on the boat. With quick, confident steps she approached him, smiling, thinking of how perhaps they could train together.

"Hey Andy, wait up," she called out as he began to disappear into the crowd.

Andy had just finshed signing up for his section of the tournament and was going to look for a place for the night when he heard a voice call out to him.

Turning round he smiled as he saw Guan-yin and Elizabeth coming towards him,"Guan-yin how may i help you and Elizabeth?" he softly asked the two of them glad to be in their company.

Guan-yin hurried to catch up to Andy, pulling Elizabeth along with her. Catching up to him she stopped, plastering a smile on her face. "Hey Andy, I was wondering if.." Guan-yin said, suddenly at a loss for words as her eyes glanced over his hard body. "Umm, I was wondering if you would like to train with me for the tournament tomorrow. Perhaps we can find a place of lodging together and head out the tournament early in the morning."

Turning to Elizabeth she smiled and rolled her eyes at her stumbling over her own words. She had never acted like this before, with a man or anyone. Turning back to Andy she smiled. "So what do you say, are you game?"

Andy smiled,"I would be honoured to do so Guan-Yin" he softly said bowing to her and Elizabeth."Lets go and find somewhere and get started" he stood up offering both ladies his arm enjoying the company they gave him.

Following Gaun-Yin Elizabeth kept her head down only making the briefest of eye contact with Andy when he excepted Gaun-Yin's invitation.

Taking his arm losely she followed as they begain their search for accomidations.

Andy escorted Gaun-yin and Elizabeth onwards into the temple, they looked around for somewhere to lodge before going off to do some practice."This place looks good" Andy said pointing to a small place,he asked around and was able to negoiate a small cost which would allow them to lodge there.

Is anyone in this thread still intrested in continuing.Things started so well I just wondered where everyone's at?

IC:
Guan-yin followed after Andy, allowing him to choose the spot to lodge for the night. She was pleased with the spot he had chosen and willing handed over enough gold to pay for half the cost. Looking around the room he had chosen, she found it to be simple, yet practical. Three sleeping matts lay against the wall and there was a low table to eat from.

Setting down her pack, she slid to the floor. Sitting cross legged, she took her sword from its sheath, admiring the beauty of the blade again. Taking a soft cloth, she polished the blade, making it gleam in the sunlight that filtered through the small window. Looking up at Beth and Andy she smiled before sliding the sword back into its sheath and getting to her feet.

"So," she said, smoothing her clothes out with her hands and looking at Andy. "Do you have an idea where we can practise without being disturbed?"

OOC: Yes, I am still interested in the thread. Anyone else?

OOC: I'm Still here! And very much looking forward to continuing but there's not much I can without the Tournament underway, so you guys will have to move things along without too much interference on my part for alittle bit so that I can get the Tournament going! I have such plans!

IC:Ao Nu Bei was once again amongst the people of the Imperial City. He was happy as could be, wandering the streets late into the afternoon his smiles and good natured comments to those around him were infectious and parties and celebrations erupted in his wake.

Bei was in search of fighters, his muscular frame and relatively impressive height setting him apart from the crowd. He wanted to meet the people he had invited to participate tomorrow! To see what it was that they were looking forward too, and how seriously they were taking this tournament!. It was of the utmost importance that he find serious fighters to accompany him! Only the best would do...

Andy smiled as Guan-Yin sat down in front of him,"I think theres a small seculded part of the island where what looked like a temple used to reside we can train there" he softly spoke smiling at her and Elizabeth.

They left their belongings in their lodgings and aranged for someone to safe guard them before heading off.Andy escorted the two ladies arm in arm avoiding the looks the other competitors gave them.Arriving at the small secluded area Andy smiled at the two ladies,"this spot looks great so who shall we procede?" he asked.

OOC: I just wanted to make clear to everyone, sorry for the miscommunication on my part I know it's my fault. We are not yet of the Isle Of Fusang. We are in the imperial City of Penglai, which is a mountain city, the people that arrived on a boat came in from either a river or into a bay. I couldn't quite tell in the posts if everyone understood that...
