I liked how his Star Trek movies looked but I didn't care for the stories or younger version of the characters too much. Not terrible but not something I go back and watch again.
The Khan thing sorta pissed me off. That wasn't Khan at all.

I tried to go back and watch the original one a few years ago. I think if you missed it from your childhood, it's like going back and talking about how sweet bag phones are.

Man that movie sucked. I saw it in the theater, so excited to see a Star Trek movie and then...disappointment. Total, utter, complete disappointment.

i will give you that. you're still weird, though. i still remember going to see return of the jedi in the shitty, itty bitty one screen movie theatre in my hometown. i was one stoked five year old.
