It rained last night a glorious sound. I lay there thinking of all the things I should have been doing. But, still I did not move. Listening to the drops fall on roof drop by drop. Dreamed wearily of days in fields planting clover to feed the deer for coming years. And how the bees would soon be there gathering the sweet nectar to make into honey. Oh for to steal the honey. Thinking it almost time for the wild strawberries to be picked. The love of first morning of fresh berries and honey for breakfast at first light.

Think of the flowers here that have made a difficult journey to find themselves. Many believe that they are standing alone in the field while they rest the eve away. Only to wake the next morn to find the field full of beautiful flowers of many different colors, size, and shapes. For we all travel different roads that lead us to one place back to where we began. Think of the weeping willow starting from a single shoot to grow into a glorious tree. At the end of its journey it bows it limbs back to the ground gathering its offspring to it by dropping shoots. Under its weeping branches many of us enter into safe within its comforts.

Yes I am rambling on meant to be shorter. If I miss a flower feel free to add one for I loose my mind from time to time hopefully you will bring it back to me. As I think of those I have sparred with over the last few months. These are my flowers growing.

Intrigued is the delicate Iris growing deep in the forest glen waiting to be found.
Just Pet is the sweet honey suckle always there to give you a treat.
Mistress ReNae is the lady slipper because all queens need a slipper.
Ice Princess is the snow glories that could melt any ice.
Mysticswing is the daisies along the road to cheer you up.

There are many more I will add as they come to me

Thank you for sharing. I'm sure the flowers you mentioned were very flattered. :)
I think I would probably have to describe myself as a dandelion. I know it's a weed, but it's like me -- kind of cute and hard to get rid of. :D

Yes, you two are in my heart

I would describe myself as a fragrant Lilac..
My grandmother always called me that when I was younger,as she had so many bushes of them on her farm where I grew up.She had both purple and white ones..
The bees buzzing all around are the "men"who surround my life.
The swaying to and fro in the gentle breeze is my call to love..
