Also, have you ever tried to remove a cast iron tub from an building? It's lots of fun, involving sledge hammers, and ceramic that cuts your hands very easily. It sounds right up your ally!

well that's not so bad then, is it? all 3 of my sons have flooded the bathroom (two of them on more than one occasion. the ceiling in the kitchen's a bit bowed, the plasterwork in the passage has been replaced 3 times over the course of - oh, about a 20 year spread.downstairs bathroom & concrete base in that part of the house.
