We are finally above 50 but it's now raining.
I took out the recycling this morning & it gave me a fast sinus headache
I can't wait til tomorrow we are back to the 80s they say.

We are finally back into the 70s & 80s.
It took a week & 2 medical sessions (1 needles & the other a deep massage)
to get the muscles back into working order.
My shoulder blades were so tight they were pulling on my ribs!
I sure don't know how you do it Mr. Bear!

We had a shooting at a movie theater this afternoon over in north Tampa area. Yes in the movies on a Monday afternoon. It turned out to be a fight that broke out in the previews before the movie Lone Survivor... between 2 couples. The shooter turned out to be a 71 year old retired Tampa Police Officer. He shot the other couple, killing the husband because the guy was texting on his cell phone during previews. Texting to his 3 year old who they had not brought with them to the movies. Good thing at this point. The wife had just put her hand out to make her husband sit sown & caught part of the bullet before it hit him.
So senior bully who used to be a cop & still has a short temper Or PTSD since he was a cop??? There is a no guns allowed on property rule at that theater. Not that is seems he bothered to follow it. The theater was not packed but had several people. Most it seems seniors or to be first responder connected. The dead man fell on a retired Nam combat Marine there with his son to watch the movie. An off duty deputy from another county took the gun away from him. 2 Nurses also off duty tried to save the man shot.

It was the old person who attacked the younger Vet. The old fart didn't like that the younger guy was texting on his cell before the movie started during previews. Seems the old fart is known for doing this to others at that movie theater & even stalked one lady when she left to go to the bathroom. Old fart is now trying to claim he was standing his ground cause he was hit with some unknown object (that others identified as Pop corn) and he was scared for his life.Moral: never attack an old person you think is an easy target.
No bail & his butt is staying in jail.

Not above the law & I do believe he will be sitting in jail a long time.
He'd be better off claiming early dementia.
Maybe Florida will give him the firing squad?

Makes me wonder how long his wife & family have been dealing with him & this whole temper thing. I'm sure they never thought he'd haul out the gun & shoot someone but geeze get the old fart some help.
Maybe the x cop needs a lynching.
