The Eucalyptus Tree

It is a cold night here, no rain or high winds finally.

The cats are still using me as a chair.

There are new orders coming in that the secret mission is to take place at midnight, stay tuned.

Man I can't believe the damage from those tornados up there.
Scary as hell & almost looks worse then the hurricane damage did.

Just normal stuff for tornado alley.......:D You should see a new car lot after a large hail storm.

Just watched a news story Hindu church moved into an old Witness Hall & chose it for it's location.
Suddenly they are upset cause their neighbors want them gone.
Apparently the neighbors have an issues with sacrificing goats & chickens, chanting & drumming for hours.

am I shocked... not really.
Someone should have pointed out that Witnesses are much more quiet.
when they bang a gong ... so to speak.

The church is now getting looked at for how they are killing the animals.
Plus the processing methods and clean up so it doesn't get into the city water system or neighbors wells.

I am surprised they haven't bitched about the drumming as well.
We have it down here but not Hindus. It's the local Hippies doing their thing.
Occasionally we also get steel drums going during an event.

you could move to a normal neighborhood......:D

I use my Arctic parka for outside cooking.

Microsoft sent me one for Christmas once while I was working for them. I was so freaked out that they were going to make me go to Redmond, WA! I mean it's not like I need a parka let alone one of those multi-piece layers, special material expensive ones. I ended up giving it to my Nephew up in WI. He not only grew into it he is also going to tech college now.

I made a large crockpot full of chili this weekend. I've taken to adding a pound of chorizo to the ground sirloin, when I am cooking it. I have found that it adds just the right amount of flavor and spice to the chili. The boy even likes the bit of spiciness!

it's chilly here. Yes under 70 so I am having to wear real clothes. Made some hot chocolate this morning & warmed up a mug of frozen chili gifted to me. I can't wait til I can make the Cuban chili I am used to. this was more like the kind you put on hot dogs to make chili dogs. :(

That was a wise investment.
