This bear snuck up on me the other night and told me all about these great pork chops with apricot...mmmm sounds yummy. May have to try that Rump too. Are you a Rump fan then?

...you didnt take the water bait.. funny, pinned you for a sucker for Volleyballs in water ;)

Paperbark Smoked Oysters with Parsley, Oregano & Lemon dressing ·

36 oysters
100g parsley
50g oregano
15ml macadamia nut oil
Trace outback salt
Trace Worcestshire
½ lemon ( juiced )
¼ paperbark roll

Finely chop the parsley and oregano, then combine with macadamia nut oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire & outback salt to taste.

Cut Paperbark Roll into small pieces (for smoking), place into a large baking tray with cleaned oysters & cover with aluminum foil. Place tray onto open flames until smoked (5-8 mins.).

Serve with a little dressing in each oyster.
