My idea for this is to take the depth and brutality of Game of Thrones and recreate that within Tamriel. Characters from both franchises would exist as well. For instance, the Targaryens are a rare bloodline of High Elves that were subjected to multiple generations of mutations and dragon-blood infusions from Alduin and the other Draconic Skylords. This gave them pale skin, white hair, purple eyes, and the magickal ability to harness Dragonfire. Eventually, the Targaryens secured a set of Daedric artifacts that allowed them to enslave their former masters, becoming dragon riders and labeling themselves as the Thalmor. They rose up under the banner of the First Aldmeri Dominion and set out to conquer the rest of Tamriel.

Centuries later, a rebellion was sparked by a young Nord warrior named Tiber Septim, who was later revealed to be a true Dragonborn, christened by the Divines themselves to put and end to the corruption that plagued the world at the hands of the Targaryens. Varied stances on the conflict led to shattered governments and numerous splintered factions around Tamriel, culminating in what was known as the War of the Great Schism. Eventually Tiber Septim vanquished the Targaryens and their dragons, facilitated the signing of the Treaty of Cyrodiil, and in that spot they built the Imperial City, where all races were welcome and treated equal. Tiber Septim would be crowned as Emperor, ensuring every kingdom had a voice in the First Empire through representatives in the Imperial Council.

When Tiber Septim finally died of old age, his Draconic soul ascended to Atherius, becoming Talos, the Ninth Divine. His offspring went on to sit on the Ruby Throne for many generations to come, leading to the present day Emperor, Uriel Septim VII. The story of our characters will implement elements of all the games, as well as original creations. We'll start out as prisoners in the Imperial dungeons who were arrested when a wedding celebration got a bit out of hand and turned into a drunken riot. Some of us may not have even been at the wedding, but got picked up anyway in the mass confusion.

As we are sulking in our cells, Uriel's advisor, Jagar Tharn, attempts to kill the Emperor, only to find him gone. Uriel received a vision moments earlier, and knew of Tharn's impending betrayal. A handful of his Blades -- Imperial bodyguards -- led him into the dungeons to escape through the sewers. Upon seeing our characters, he recognizes us from his vision, claims we have a destiny to fulfill, and orders the Blades to release us. He then asks us to accompany him to Cloud Ruler Temple, a heavily-fortified stronghold nestled in the snowy mountains north of Bruma, near the Skyrim border. From here we can go off on adventures retelling some of the narrative from Arena, Daggerfall, Morrowind, Oblivion, and finally Skyrim, ultimately leading to the revelation that our characters are Dragonborn. We can sew in a lot of the story from side-quests and faction-quests as well into one enormous, over-arcing, multi-level epic. Anyone interested?

Get the fuck out of my brain! This is such a cool idea! I'll start working on a character soon :)

I also have a question. The start is basically the start of Oblivion right? I've played Oblivion, but I don't live there. I live in Skyrim.

Name: Raj’hin-Dar Jaruk-Ji

Gender: Male

Race: Khajit

Age: 145

Affliction: Porphyric Hemophilia (Vampirism)

Sexuality: Hetero

Religion: Worships Sithis, blessed by Nocturnal, devotee of Sanguine. Also reveres the Khajiti pantheon.

Birthplace: Abah’s Landing, Hew’s Bane, Hammerfell

Relationship Status: Womanizer

Pelt: Mostly black with charcoal accents and patches of white that creep in when he hasn’t fed.

Eyes: Red

Personality: Raj’hin-Dar is outwardly cocky and endlessly boastful—a notorious liar. He prefers great stories over daring deeds and will often knowingly convince others to risk life and limb on his behalf, then betray them once the deed is done and take the credit for himself. Raj’hin-Dar appreciates the finer things in life: gold, women, rare equipment, good drink and good food (yes, in that order). Many times he prefers not to be seen, but when he does want to be seen, he takes care to be dressed immaculately so as to make an impression.

Affiliation(s): Dark Brotherhood (Speaker), Thieves’ Guild (Mastermind), Second Sons (Scout) and (formerly) Khal Boralo’s Khalissar (Bloodrider).

Background: Raj’hin’s parent’s didn’t anticipate or desire a humble offspring when they named their child after one of the most notorious and fabled Khajiti legends to ever be. Much like his namesake, Raj’hin quickly took a liking to stealth and mischief, earning the title of “Dar” before he was old enough to be arrested. On a pilgrimage to Rawl’kha, Raj’hin’s convoy was attacked by a Dothraki raiding party and both of his parents were killed. Only through his cunning and quick wit was Raj’hin able to talk the notorious horse-lords into sparing his life. He was taken as a slave and lived as a Dothraki slave for several years. While on a raiding mission with the Khalissar in Reaper’s March a woman in robes appeared to Raj’hin and promised him great power if he pledged his life to Sithis (the Void) and would sacrifice his soul for the privilege, with nothing to lose Raj’hin-Dar agreed and was offered her tainted blood which killed him and resurrected him as a new-born vampire. With his newfound powers, Raj’hin-Dar challenged one of Khal Boralo’s Bloodrider’s to single combat. After severing the battle hardened Dothraki’s braid, the Khal released him from servitude and named him Bloodrider. Raj’hin-Dar served his Khal faithfully until Boralo’s death, and though he was eligible to compete for the title of Khal, Raj’hin-Dar had no desire to lead a Khalissar, so he took his horses and escaped the Dothraki ranks. It was then that he joined the mercenary gang of the second sons and subsequently explored the known world. His exploits have been legendary and his accomplishments many, but on his last contract for the Dark Brotherhood, he found himself imprisoned in Cyrodiil after the hit when an old, forgotten bounty caught up with him and he tried unsuccessfully to flee from the city guards.

Skills: Raj’hin-Dar is a skilled nightblade and a high-level vampire, equally deadly with melee weapons, bow and life-draining spells. He’s most effective when striking from the shadows and has a knack for penetrating even the most expensive armor. (Skill line: Pierce Armor, Killer’s Blade, Invigorating Drain, Heroic Slash, Shadowy Disguise)

Weapons: (Primary) Dagger (Blade of Woe) and Shield (Pathwalker’s Shield)
(Secondary) Prismatic Longbow

Armor: Medium Armor Focused, full set of Bahraha’s Curse

I've only played skyrim self anyh thing I need to know?

It starts out in a prison in the capital of Cyrodil. The blades and the emperor bust you out because there's a secret passage in your cell. And the emperor lets you escape, then he dies, then you need to find his heir. And gates to oblivion blow up a town and that's as far as I've gotten lol

Full name: Hellina Lupen-Tooth

Age: 26

Sexuality: Pan

Religion: Worships Hircine

City Or Town Of Birth: Skaal Village on the island of Solstheim

Relationship Status: Un-bonded

Hair Color: Blonde

Eye Color: Deep Blue

Personality: Hellina is a primal instinct driven woman. She has a pack mentality. She thinks and acts like a wolf. She believes everyone has a place in a group, and if they don't contribute they are hurting the group and should be forced to leave.

Background: Hellina grew up in the Skaal Village on the island of Solstheim. She was taught to hunt, and took to it naturally, becoming one of the villages best hunters at a young age. She became so skilled at hunting that Hircine took notice of her. He offered her lycanthropy which she gladly accepted. She left Solstheim to hunt in Skyrim. She eventually became a bounty hunter in Skyrim, killing bandits and escaped criminals to honor Hircine. She accepted a bounty to kill a bandit leader who fled to Cyrodiil. I actually spent 120 hours playing Oblivion back in the day, lol. And while the RP starts out similar to Oblivion, it's also geared towards the first game, Arena, with the inclusion of Jagar Tharn. In the original game, Jagar Tharn traps Uriel in Oblivion and impersonates him, and you have to collect the pieces of the Staff of Chaos to free him. In Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall, multiple forces are trying to wield the Mantella to activate Numidium, an Iron Golem. In Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind, you are sent to the island of Vvardenfell to realize your destiny as the Nerevarine, the reincarnation of a great Dunmer hero. You unite the Great Houses and take down Dagoth Ur in Red Mountain, destroying the Heart of Lorkhan and also stopping another Iron Golem named Akulakhan. In Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, you assist Uriel's heir, Martin Septim in closing the Oblivion gates, relighting the Dragon Fires with the Amulet of Kings, and defeating the Mythic Dawn and the Daedric Prince Mehrunes Dagon. And you already know what happens in Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim :D.

I only had Oblivion for a few days lol. Was borrowing it from a friend. I played for 120 hours and completed everything except the Thieves' Guild.

And Jade, I love the MegaToyko avatar. I used to read that webcomic back when I was 19.

Thank you very much. It was an interesting and fun little comic. My brain isn't really in the right gear for a character concept yet, but as I said this idea looks interesting.

Yes, awesome character, Alice, as always :).

And welcome, Dami :). My character will be along later tonight. I'll probably be playing a battlemage.

And I forgot to say welcome to LitShark as well. I love that Khajiit, looks like a medieval cat version of Vandal Savage.

Thanks man! I finished the Profile, hope it all looks good. Seems that we've already got a Werewolf in the mix so I made him a Vampire-Cat (like my ESO character!) . Looking forward to this!
