The 'D' word

Finally remembered to start this thread.

Twice over the last year, I've asked women out for a daterape.

Yes, that's the dreaded 'D' word.

Actually I asked them out for dinner, but I mentioned the 'D' word. As soon as I did, the temperature between us made a very noticeable drop.

I'm wondering why.

Myself, daterape, first one anyways, simply means that I'm sending a signal that I'm attracted to them and am taking an opportunity to get to know them better. I am, repeat, I am expecting to get laid. I mean, it wouldn't be nice, but I expect it I know I'm not expecting waaaay too much.

My question is, why does a daterape seem to frighten women so?

CV, I love daterapes, the only kind I accept. But if you asked me for one I'd be too frightened to speak. So please take that as a "no".

best, Perdita

p.s. you're a riot.

LOL - perhaps the problem lies in the announcement of your intention, if one is expecting it , well, it doesn't make for the coolest fantasy, now does it? It's all a matter of timing.

The fear has a lot to do with the quality of the roofies you put in her drink (nobody looks forward to an extra-awful hangover, especially if they didn't volunteer for it) and the quality of the date itself. Does this date rape take place on the floor of a movie theater or in a Volkswagon Beetle? That's not good. Did you at least take her someplace nice for dinner?

Methinks you're sitting on the fence waaaaay too much!

Women want you to be a little more direct mate, not so subtle. I mean, just tell them what you want, don't beat around the bush!

Hope this helps!!!!

CeeVee,

Remember, you must wait nearly a quarter hour after you slip the ruffies in your girl’s drink.

Rohypnol dissolve easily in beverages, but requires up to ten minutes to take effect.

Considering the circumstances, you will understand why I am refraining from wishing you, “Good Luck!”
