They're not hard to find. You just have a hard time talking to them. Find someone whose writing you like and message them. Worst case scenario is they say no, but no one would be mad. Most people are happy when someone asks them to write, even if they don't currently have the time.

The women on this site already have plenty of writing partners, what with every single one of them being bi.

First, I am picky about who i write with.
Second, the offers I get are few and far between
Third, it never ceases to amaze me how many people think i have throngs of girls throwing themselves at me.

I understand what you mean Hikari, I am very shy too. But with my little experience, there is no harm in PM'ing some of your favourite writers to see if they are interested in a story idea you may have. In the least they will be thankful and grateful to hear of the offer. And in the best case scenario, you get to write with someone you admire, so I would just ask

I agree. I'm new here and I have the privledge (sp) of writing with some very good writers, but only because I was a little bold and asked.

That's good advice too, because it would help to avoid writers whose style may not be compatible with your own.

I am fortunate though, in that I'm not shy. Quite the opposite. I have to hold myself back from dripping all over some of the writers here.

Still, a simple request works wonders. There are a few here who will just seem to ignore you, but most will be very open.

Um...I'm not bi Ahren. Not even close. Sorry to interject, but .........''every single one of'' the ladies here are not bi or lesbian for that matter.

And Hikari I hope you find a good partner soon. Take your time though, don't rush in. Finding a good partner is one thing, getting stuck with a mismatched one however is not fun.
