I know what you mean. I was not "officially" welcomed and had to start wearing panties to get any sort of attention at all (ok that is sort of a lie - I was wearing lace long before I heard of Lit - but I did have to carve out an identity here)

My Lit identity today has been shaped a little by the mistakes I made when starting out.

For me it has been worth it.
