I've noticed that most "real" telemarketers won't talk to the machine. The stupid recordings and "please press one for an important message in Spanish" machines usually hang up on the machines too.

One of my pet peeves, is "are you there? Pick up the phone if you're there."

Hell no I'm not there, or the machine wouldn't have picked up! If I am there, I won't pick up anyway, cause there's a reason I let the machine get it.

I really like the PM feature here, but what really pisses me off is that when I just typed a lengthy message, I press the send button and the other persons' PM boxes are full!!!!

Damn it! Message gone.. well.. you can go back, but you can't safe the message anyway.. so.

Very, very frustrating!!

Okay, I'm tired of having people judge me on my age, yes I'm young (19) but that doesn't mean I'm ignorant of things that happened before I was born. Hell I know more about history and most of the older people I know. Also, my age doesn't mean I can't comprehend complex situations or feelings. Sure I haven't had the experiences that older people have had, but that doesn't mean I don't know what they are going through. Throughout high school I helped my father get his master's in both psychology and social work, so don't tell me I don't know people!

No problem. I think you'll find most people here really don't pay attention to your age unless you bring it up yourself.
