I just bought a Shandy from Mikkeller. Never had a shandy. I try to avoid adulterated beers, but I trust Mikkeller to do it right. It's from their NYC Brewery, which is actually at CitiField.

While on deployment 0n U.S.S. Last Ship we took on several pallets of beer that had been passed through several deployments. Fuck it! We drank it like the champagne of canned beer. Sailors and Marines will drink anything with "beer" on it.
