The chosen language is not selected while uploading

Sirs,
I typed in and selected the Marathi Language from the Menu, but while saving a draft or uploading for publication it is automatically shifted to the 'Others' language option. And ultimately rejected and returned for the reason "

• Kindly select the appropriate language from the language selection menu. Thanks!" Please guide .

or try submitting it in English and explain the problem in the "Notes" box.

I tried selecting English but the moderator rejected it, saying it was not English. Moreover, I was trolled by readers saying it was in some absurd language when they were classified as English but were not in English. I think it is a bug in the software

Presumably the language list includes an option the site doesn't support. I suggest sending a DM to Laurel or Manu.
