Sunny shores was a small town tucked away high in the mountains of the mid west United States and few if any maps even had it marked, the town was older then most of the USA as a whole yet no one seemed to know that. It had that creepy horror movie atmosphere to it as the buildings were old and worn looking and the Town's people would watch anyone who happened through town, it was like the whole world stopped when a rare car would come through town. With only about 50 some people it was also one of those towns where everyone knew everyone else and it was just like any other super small town in the USA, other then the fact that it was a town full of Werewolves. Many would believe it was the full moon that made a werewolf come out or transform, but it was simply a rumor and myth spread to keep humans from knowing the truth.

"Another one?! Damnit that's like the 5th time this week..." A woman said as she walked out of the small dinner in town with her friend Beth, she didn't even have to look up as she waved and said hello to the Sharif as he walked past them and into the dinner and took a seat at the counter.

Al sat in his normal spot, two stools down from the register and looked around once taking in the dinner while he took his seat, the well worn stool showing the first signs of the aging dinner as it shifted under the man's weight as he sat down, He shifted once and heard the stool make a slight squeak as he turned and moved his legs under the counter's over hand.

"Hey May... Is Jeff here?" He asked as he leaned over and looked through the small window area that food was placed after it was cooked and into the back of the dinner. May, a young blonde bomb shell of a women walked out in the dinner's skirted outfit and shook her head, Al couldn't help but wonder if the old bill, of old bill's dinner had been a pervert or if May herself hand changed the outfit to suit her own tastes, as the skirt didn't do a good job of covering her blank panties. She walked over to stand in front of him at the counter with a "I'm a tease" step, each one giving the man a glimpse of the skin tight blank panties she wore under her dinner outfit.

"Nope sorry, Jeff and the others went to do rounds today... After hearing what happened to Tom last week they have been upping the weekly patrols of the pass and the area around town." She said and smiled at him.

"And I take it the usual?" She asked, knowing that Al would come in every day and order the same meal, and take about the same amount of time to eat, pay and leave, just like clock work. She tried to flirt with him every day too, making sure to wear something that would catch his eye, even if it caught the eyes of every other male to walk into the dinner that day.

"Yeah I was hoping to catch him here but I got stalled at the station talking to Tom's family about it and couldn't pull away till now.." He said, shaking his head at the thought of Tom's passing. He tightened his right hand into a fist and sighed before releasing it again.

"Yeah I know that little human girl tried her best to save him but..." May added trying to look on the bright side, even if she and many of the other women in town didn't exactly care for her.

"Yeah I know, but whoever did it knows exactly where to strike us.... And how to kill us..." Al said, doing a quick glance around as if looking for the one who did it to poor Tom. It annoyed him and the others could tell. He shook it off for now and simply nodded to May.

"Yeah the usual please..." He said, and May nodded in return and disappeared quickly back into the back, and soon Al could hear the sound of food being cooked. He looked up and waved at the cook as he went past the small window where he would put plates of food up to have May take out to the customers in the dinner.

"Hey Jake, How's your day been?" Al called to the tubby man who was the cook. He simply got a smile and a wave as the man went about cooking his meal.

"Oh the same old same old... Slow today, but not a surprise with what happened last night... You catch the bugger who did it yet?" Jake asked from the back, as the sound of meat hitting the grill in back and the sound of cooking utensils hitting the smooth grill came from the back.

"Not yet... And we got... And that's what bugs me Jake... We're not dealing with some loner or anything, this is bigger then just some punk out to be some hero for the Gright clan..." He replied back. Al waited for a reply but didn't get one, he heard the sound of food being cooked and waited. Not long after Jake, followed by May came out from the back and Jake placed the steaming plate of eggs and bacon down in front of Al.

"Yeah worse it's drawn the attention of the Feds... I hear Agent Jess is going to be stopping by today.." The older, heavier man said as he leaned against the back counter in front of Al. Al had been about to dig in but the news of the vist from the Agent made him stop.

"Oh goody!" All replied, he simply looked over his shoulder and saw the blank, unmarked SUV pull up as if on queue from Jake. He sighed and if his hair had been longer then a inch he would have tried pulling it out. A moment later a woman in a black jump suit, , short black hair, and black sunglasses stepped out and stepped into the dinner and behind for Jake and Al.

"I don't like having to drive out to the middle of fuck ton no where... I also had a date tonight which I had to cancel so you fuzz balls better have a damn good reason for this..." The woman said, Al didn't say anything, he thought about turning to her, transforming and impale the bitch on his werewolf cock to shut her the hell up, to watch her huge DD tits bounce as he fucked the life out of her before adding her to his breakfast. But knew that would bring a bigger shit storm down on his head then he wanted so he simply forced a smile and turned to the woman.

"We have thing under control Agent, you can drive home and go bang whatever man slut will slide his small dick up your death grip of a cunt and we can all be happy tonight..." He said, with a smile and with out trying to hold back laughter like Jake and May were. To her credit the human woman didn't even flinch and slowly moved her hands up to pull her sunglasses down just enough to let her dark purple eyes look right into Al's brown eyes.

"If you furry fuckers didn't fuck up and let some monster go free up here I would... So lets find it, kill it, stick it's head on a pike and I can give it to my boss for his birthday next week.." She replied, in a oddly clear and even tone. Al rolled his eyes as May had to run into the back before she started laughing uncontrollably. Jake simply stood up and shook his head as he walked off himself. Jess shot him a quick look before she stood up herself and put her sunglasses back in place and sat down next to Al to wait, she thought these people were backwards but she felt she had some type of standers and would let him finish his meal in peace.

Eve for years had been called a freak, someone who should live with the wild animals. Deep down Eve always had this free will of hers, it was beyond powerful at times. So much had happened in her life she tried not to focus on it really, since she did not want everything to die before her. Sometimes she had nightmares about what happened to her parents. She could still hear her mothers screams, that echoed in her mind.

When she was three years old her fathers boss came to her home, but something was wrong. Her father making her hide under the bed, come to find out her father got his hands dirty in a way no one knew. She closed her eyes begging for it to stop, she heard the shouting. Then her grey eyes opened up hearing the shattering of glass. It was terrible, as her mother ran into the bedroom begging for them to stop. But her fathers boss would never stop.

A man forced her mother on the bed and tried to rape her, but she struggled and scratched the man badly on the face. And she heard a sound that sounded like a man slapping a woman. Then she heard and saw the mattress bounce just once. But then hearing her mother beg. The man shot her through the heart, the bullet went through her mother, through the bed and was inches by Eve's face. The blood of her mother dripping on her.

After a few minutes everything was done, she went to her mother first but she was already dead. So she went to her father who was still alive, tears streaming down her face. Begging her father to stay with her, the anger rose and out came her healing ability. But because she was still a child and not very strong, she could not heal her father enough. Every time Eve closed her eyes, she could remember that night.

Her father's boss ended up going to prison because of Eve, she knew who the boss looked like. And now she was just so down and had no idea what the hell was going to happen. In moments like these she just wished things would stop, her heart beating as she watched her father take his last breath. It was something she did not know how to deal with, and it was very hard on her. But now things were different.

Or was it?

Bad luck seemed to follow her around like a big black dog, and it was just hard to think sometimes. Eve ended up graduating high school two years early, which was something she wanted. She then went into the medical field, not as a doctor since you could not get personal with a patient. Eve liked the idea of helping patience on an emotion level. Doctors seeing to many people, so they could not sit and chat.

Eve knew however that it did not mean the doctors did not care, sure some were ass holes. But not every doctor were like that, everything just seemed so nice so damn different. Eve turned nineteen years old and did not find peace in anything. Something in her wanted to be free but did not understand it, sometimes she wished she could just run and not worry about anything. Like inside her part of her was a wolf.

Crazy she knew it.

But when she got to this very town, she felt called to it. It was strange but she felt she had to be here. Which was kinda strange to her, it was a very small place. Perhaps fifty people lived here, could be more but she did not know. She felt out of place here which was something she hated. It took her a while to get settled in. Eve spoke to no one and no one seemed to speak to her, it was a lonely existence.

She ended up getting a job at the hospital, she was a nurse of course. But the more people she saw, the different injuries it was really strange. She had patient once who was a little girl. She was scared which was very easy to see, and she made the little girl laugh. But Eve did something she had not even attempted since she was three with the death of her parents. She placed her hand over the little girls broken leg.

Something in her seemed to have woken up and it was something she did not know what, she did not know this place was all werewolf's at that time. But she had healed a wound and it was something she did not know how people would react to it. Would they call her a freak? would they kick her out and run her out of town? Or would they help her embrace such powers, but then five minutes after healing the girl, Eve got a bloody nose.

So after a while she picked up she could heal people, but because it took a lot of energy out of her. She found it hard to keep doing it, so she mostly just healed those who had family that wanted them to live. It was a horrible burden but she managed. Eve was smart and full of compassion, Eve even healed a big wolf. A beautiful black wolf had been trapped by some damn poacher so she managed to free the beautiful beast.

Eve loved everyone and everything, she was respectful of the wild and the animals that lived there. She knew once you were in the forest you were trespassing onto there beautiful place. So really if one got hurt or even killed in the wild, it was on their heads. Because wild animals was something you had to respect, to get away from their realm. It was strange how she thought of things, but she enjoyed it.

Then one day a man came up to her, he was rather cute and had no idea who he was or that he was imprinting on her. She had a lot of fun talking to him, he looked so young. Though she knew that he would know what was up in the town, she liked talking to him. Trying to figure out how old the man was, and frankly gave up after a couple more months of thinking about it off and on. And now she was happy.

But then months later she had found out some information that at first made her nervous, when Al had told her the place was full of werewolves. Who were of his pack, she did not ever know what to do with that kind of information. Because really no one seemed to friendly to her. And now she understood why, she was an outcast an outsider. Which really made her nervous, but after a while she got use to everything.

When her days off came it was because of the full moon, and she had been told to stay inside the whole time. Which she did, though she could hear howls and growling. But she was curled up alone and had no one there with her, but she got use to thinks after a while. And now something very bad was happening to the town. Eve could sense just how serious the situation was, and it was seen at the restaurant.

Eve ended up going in for some breakfast, seeing eyes on her as she ordered the usual which was eggs, wheat toast and some coffee. Sitting down away from everyone, she looked outside and could see that something was brewing and there was nothing she could do. Eve looked up and noticed Al their, curious as to what was going on. She knew never to ask, but she had to this time. To many lives were at stack.

Jess turned to look at the woman walking up. She lifted her left hand and let her slender fingers slowly pull down her shades to look over the frame at the woman. She was not like the others and Jess knew it. She looked the girl up and down wondering if she had mated with one of them yet, though from the way she walked she hadn't been fucked lately. She stood and patted Al on the shoulder.

"I'll be right back..." She said to him and walked between Al and the woman walking up.

"May I have a word with you sweety?" She asked, as she flashed her badge as to make it seem like she was being nice rather then ordering Eve outside. She pointed to her SUV and motioned with her head to head towards it. She pushed out the door of the small dinner and walked over to her SUV and popped the back hatch and turned away and sat down as she took a glance at the equipment chest that was large enough to fit a few rocket launchers in. She waited for Eve and turned her gaze from the shinny metal box to the town's people giving her odd looks. She smiled at them and qucikly flipped them off while waiting.

Eve noticed the woman and grew rather worried, she did not want to start any trouble. Eve was a quite girl and that would never change. When the woman came up to her, flashed a smile, badge and called her sweetie. That kinda worried her, seeing however she had a badge she did not know how that would go. But she knew she had to obey even though she knew nothing. One thing about Eve, she was very loyal and perhaps that is what got some people to accept her.

Or perhaps wishful thinking? she followed the woman and watched the girl closely. She sat down and crossed one leg over the other. Trying to appear calm, though inside she was a scared little girl. And did not know why since she did nothing to warren that. Eve just shrugged it off, it was almost hard to think of anything. But her eyes went back to the woman and cleared her throat. "So what is this all about?" She asked simply but she did care, that much she knew.

"This is about you..." Jess said and turned to look at Eve. She eyed the girl up and down, and she seemed to be normal, but that's not what her file said. She had gone over some of it on the plain ride up to this area before she had to drive her ass up here.

"How much do you know about the people here Eve? And how much do you know about your little ability?" She asked as she stared at the woman from behind her black sunglasses. She wanted to know if this girl was the reason behind this new string of attacks or if she might have something to do with it.

Eve looked at the woman and got a bad feeling about all this, but then the two questions she heard and looked down. Closing her eyes as flashes of people ran in her head, flashes of her parents being murdered. She fought back tears since no one knew the story of Eve, she slowly opened up her eyes and looked down. What she was asking as not her business, she knew secrets but she sure as hell would not betray them.

"Most of the town have accepted me, have allowed me to help the people here. As for the information you ask, I know enough. Most here trust me and I will not betray that trust, I was born with my ability. It woke up the night my parents were murdered, three years old and my life was already destroyed. I will not tell you any more then that" She said some what angerly and looked down. "They trust me with there secrets, and I will never betray that trust" She got out of the car.

She walked back and opened up the door but felt followed, she stopped feeling everyone looking at her. She looked up to Al and the others, the woman was persistent but if she wanted to know something she would tell her. She had wrote a poem when she found out what everyone was here. Taking a deep breath she began to think about it to remember it, in moments like this she was glad she had a great memory. She had a firm look on her face and she actually spoke, speaking something different.

"His gaze, from staring through the bars has grown so weary. That it can take in nothing more, for him it is as tho there were a thousand bars. And behind the thousand bars no world. As he paces in cramped circles, over and over. His powerful strides are like a ritual dance around a center. Where a great will stands paralyzed. At times the curtains of the eye lift without a sound, and a shape enters. Slips through the tightened silence of the shoulders, reaches the heart and dies." Was all she said as she sat back down at her table.

The only person to clap slowly was Jess as she stood in the door frame and after a moment she stopped and saw that no one else was clapping with her. She signed and stood there the door resting against her left heel as she took in the room. Al finishing his meal, but giving Eve a side glance and after her finished he payed his bill and stood up. He walked over to Eve and smiled at her.

"Nice little poem Eve..." He whispered to her and patted her on the shoulder. She always seemed so sad and he didn't really like that. He tried to get the pack to lay off her and to some extent they had, still it wasn't easy to get a whole town full of werewolves to trust a human. He smiled at her again before he left to talk to Jess. He was almost sure Eve was watching him as he left to talk to Jess, he said something to her that she couldn't make out and the two went outside to her SUV, to the open back to the chest most likely. He would look up off towards the road and quickly made his way to the door and opened it and stuck his head in and looked towards Eve.

"Eve.. Clinic now!" He told her and rushed to the back of the SUV grabbed something out of the back and rushed to his car, flipped on the lights and sirens and took off down the road.

Jess shut the back hatch and waited for Eve, she would follow in her SUV and by the time they would get to the small town clinic there would be a pick up truck and Al's Police car at the door and they would be slowly helping the doctor bring in a very hurt Werewolf, blood trails would be coming from the back of the pick up truck as the two pulled up.

Eve was the kind of girl who felt alone since she really had no one, she had no family since her family had been small and her parents were dead. She had no friends any where accept maybe Al who was the sheriff and the alpha of the whole town. When you are the only human in a town like this, she always felt she had a target on her back. So she was always careful not to over step, so she stayed quite.

The children that were there and there was a few, they seemed to like her. It was getting to the point where everything just seemed so different to her. She smiled when Al said he liked it, so she sat back down and finished her breakfast. She had already paid so she put the tip on the table and was getting ready to leave. But then she heard Al and turned to look at him, and saw the way he looked at her. She knew there was trouble, and when he said she needed to go she nodded.

Jumping into the car with Jess and took off like a bat out of hell, she did not know how bad it was. She got into her scrubs and was all ready with gloves and what not, but when they brought him in her heart sank. She knew who the man was he had a new born baby girl that was born last month, they cut the clothing off of him. And looked at the man his name was Tony Parks, he was one of the few that seemed to accept her. And his heart was slowing down, no matter what the doctor did nothing seemed to help.

She had never tried to save an adult with her powers, not since the fail she had with her father. She stepped up and placed her hands over the mans chest. "I am not letting him die!" she would not accept the death call the doctor did. She closed her eyes and this moment made her remember of her fathers death. What her father said to her, that she was graced with a beautiful ability. To embrace it and never let people take advantage of her, and to do what she thought was right.

And she spoke lowly though with how great their hearing was she figured they would hear it to. "What ever grace was given to me, let it pass to him let him be spared" When a single tear fell off her cheek and onto the patient her hands began to glow white it was much brighter then anything. The longer she kept it up the more of a price it would be, she began to get a nose bleed and just ignored it. She had a determined look on her face as she forced out all of her strength to bring him back.

The blood that was on the man seemed to draw right back into the wounds, and then activity began to be seen and his heart began to beat again. She could remember helping his mate deliver there child since there were complications, it just got her to push herself even more he had a family she didn't. When she opened up her eyes he was healed fully and she was beyond weak. She saw the shock in the doctors face, and she took a step away but she collapsed onto her knees.

"I.... had sworn to his mate to look out for him, his life is important more so then mine" Looking down she closed her eyes. "I couldn't save my parents, but I could save a father who has a family" Tears fell down her face as she did what she had to do.

The world around her spun, the doctor over her and he was saying something but the words were little more then shouts in the background of a soundless void as she slipped into the darkness.

Jess had watched the whole thing with Al watching as well and when he rushed in to see if Eve was dead or not Jess stood and watched, she removed her sunglasses and her hand slipped into her back pocket and she unlocked her phone. As she watched through the glass she turned as Al put his head to her chest and nodded to the doctor as he rushed back with a first ad kit. As she stepped out to the SUV she put the slim phone to her ear.

"Yes, This is Agent Jess Salva... I have a code 07 Black here... I need a response team here on the double... And tell the director that case 04501 is no longer a cold case please..." She said and hung up before the man on the other end had time to reply.

-------------------

Jess sat sipping some tea as she sat next to Eve's bed, her in it. She looked at the girl as the doctor finished up replacing her IV bag and motioned for the women to leave. This wasn't the town doctor and she did as she was told. She looked at Eve and watched her chest rise and fall.

"So your the missing one are you...." She said just under a whisper so not even a Werewolf could hear her. She watched the girl for a long moment, taking her eyes away to look around the room once more. She sipped at her tea and sighed as she waited. Al wasn't happy about more Agents coming to town or that Jess wanted to take Eve under her group rather then his pack, but she offered up some more crates of the requested gear, and he had taken a long moment and ended up taking her offer as whatever was attacking them would call for the special weapons to counter. He also knew that despite their doctor's skill a Human doctor might have better chances with Eve and so he didn't like it but for Eve he let Jess take her. Agents showed up to Eve's house and quickly set up much more modern things, Eves things were carefully packed up and put in boxes as her living room was changed into a temporary command center with a link to Jess's HQ back in D.C. Screens were mounted along the walls and tables were brought in. From the outside it looked like nothing was different since the only thing out of place were the 2 SUVs and the pair of black pick up trucks outside. Her kitchen had been raided and food sent for testing and her bathroom had been gone over and cleaned up as well. The bed room was the only thing they really didn't go through, her closet had been gone through but most things left alone, at Jess's orders. Jess would pay for everything anyway once things were over but things had to be this way and she knew Eve might be less mad to learn about her past some, or simply be mad who knows, people were less predictable then Werewolves at times. She sipped her tea again and waited, a week had gone by since that day and nothing had happened since then, though the sounds at night were enough to have Jess keep a rifle next to her rather then just her pistol. Something was out there and it wasn't good. And by Nightfall a elite guard unit would be here to protect the house and Eve. Al didn't like that one either but since it was to keep Eve safe he didn't protest it when The others spoke up about it.

Eve did not realize when she passed out, everything just went black to her. She thought she was dead frankly, and this was death coming for her. But she did not feel hot or cold, did not feel confused. She was in darkness and yet had no damn idea what she was doing. It was like being blind folded, something she had been once and hated it. It was a trust test from gym which she thought was stupid, no point to such a thing.

Life use to be pointless for her, when she was in school nothing seemed important to her. Her parents were all she had until they were murdered, it was confusing to her about everything. She realized quickly she was asleep, out cold and now she was just resting. Try as she might she began to remember things, her memory turning into dreams. And the dreams would then give birth to nightmares, it was amazing how things worked.

Pushing away people she could not help but wonder what the hell was going to happen, but her dreams came to that moment when she was a child. Hearing the conversation or bits and pieces of it any way. Right now she was not clear about how they died. Her heart beating so quickly and now came the point to where things were possible. She wanted to love her life, but it was really hard to. She had nothing.

Figuring if she died no one would pity her, no one would care. The dreams almost to much, but she just was not afraid any more. Now came the murder, hearing the sounds of her mother as she was dying and there was nothing she could do for them, that sort of thing scared the hell out of her. Her heart beating fast as she began to think of possibilities. Now though she just did not give a damn about much.

Now came the time where she had enough of the dreams and of the nightmares. She grunted a bit as she began to slowly open up, it was almost to much. Her hand went to her head as she rubbed it, she had one hell of a head ache and her eyes began to scan the room for a moment. She had no idea where she was, or perhaps this was another dream? She grew confused and then grew mad and scared.

Then she noticed the woman from before and looked at her in a not so friendly way, tilting her head she sighed. "What are you doing here and what do you want?" Two simple questions, but would she get the answer she wanted? She grew even more confused. She did not know if she was at the hospital, but now she just did not care. She pulled her legs over the side of the bed and sighed a little bit.

"Here? Do you even know where you are? For that matter do you know who you are?" Jess asked as set sipped her tea again. She looked at Eve and watched her every more. Watched her swing her legs out from the bed and watched her look around.

"And what I want is to put a end to whatever it is that is making that horrid noise outside the past few nights..." She said, remembering the horrific noises that could be heard all through out the night last night. Jess was not in her normal black catsuit and was sitting in topless and in panties that screamed sex as the black lace just only covered what was needed. A odd contrast between the weapon that looked like something out of a sci fi TV movie next to her.

Eve looked at her and was far from happy, and this woman something was very wrong with her. Cocking her head she rubbed her head and sighed a little bit, everything was going all over and she grew some what worried. "What do you mean who I am?" She said simply and looked down. Shaking her head. "My name is Eve Wolf and what is going on around here you have no business to." She narrowed her eyes getting pissed off at this moment and sighed and slowly stood up.

She slipped on her shoes and did not care what this woman was doing, and right rubbing her neck a little bit and she just enjoyed the moment of peace, though looking at this woman she began to wonder something. "Who sent you any way? I wont be telling you a damn thing so don't even ask" she said simply and sighed looking down as she got flashes of the man she had saved. Something was wrong and wanted to know where the hell Al was, and everyone else, she growled.

"Your powers your life... Don't you wonder why it happened? You don't even know do you.. You don't even know that your mother was my sister..." She says keeping a eye on Eve's reactions. She shook her head and simply moved on to answer her next question.

"I'm here become of your friends, having a pack of Werewolves running around with out someone to keep a eye on them isn't in anyone's best interest honestly. Many from the church would hunt them, many werewolves would kill randomly... It works out best if they have allies among the humans... And before you ask, they were the ones to pick out this place, not us... We did not force them into some tiny plot of land far away from other humans..." Jess told her, she watched Eve and waited for her, also wondering when she would take note that the IV in her arm was still there and she was still topless though Jess didn't mind the view. The room was more filled then normal as Eva had been hooked up to a number of machines to keep a eye on her, her room looked like something out of one of those medical Tv shows.

Eden listened to her and did not know what the hell was going on, she was taken back hearing the woman say her mother was her sister. Looking down she closed her eyes as everything was so confusing, and now things were to the point she was terrified. Her heart beating so quickly, and now it was hard to even think. But what else she did. Sighing a little she noticed the hook ups. Shaking her head and yanked out the IV in her arm, and began to shake the shit off of her.

"What the hell do you want from me? If you hurt Al and his clan so help me I will destroy you" She said. She was scared but would never show it or even admit it. God for bid she even do it. Her heart beating so quickly it made her really nervous. Her stormy eyes looking up at her and felt really dizzy. Placing her hand on her face she felt the warmth of her skin, it felt like this was a dream. She would wake up and be home in bed, at least she hoped to god any way.

But this was no dream.

"I don't care who you are, my parents are dead and I now just got over what happened to them. Now you wont let the dead rest.?" She said rather pissed.

Al walked in saw Eve topless and turned around. He stood there an glanced at Jess who was also topless and he turned even more.

"Sorry to interrupt but just wanted to check on Eve..." He said, stepping out of the room. Jess smiled and simply turned back to Eve and stood up and gave her a hug.

"There are worse things then Werewolves sweetie, We're lucky to have Al's Clan on our side, so I wouldn't dream of hurting anyone in this town, but as you know, someone or something else doesn't feel the same way, Al... Or rather Jake asked me to come out and bring some things with me... But we can talk about that later... You still need to rest... Your powers take a a lot out of you and if you push yourself too hard, you won't be getting a piece of that lovely werewolf cock that just left the room..." Jess smiled at Eve and then let her go and left the room, grabbing her rifle on the way out. She followed Al and called to him as she left the room, letting Eve be alone for the moment.

"My my that girl has a temper on her, no surprise she has fallen for a Werewolf..." Jess laughed to herself as she caught up with Al in the converted living room.

Eve was incredibly lost and she covered herself seeing Al and closed her eyes. Everything in her just wanted to break her in two, but once she left she grabbed the rest of her clothing to cover up. Everything was wrong and now she was getting annoyed with all of this, once she sat down and let herself warm up. She did not trust her supposed aunt, and right now she just wanted to rip her to shreds. And once she could think clearly she just smiled a bit and cracked her neck, now came the time to figure out what was going on.

She left the room and her eyes darted around and had a bad feeling, she did not trust this woman. And now she was just terrified that she was going to love Al, she had a feeling this woman was more then she seemed, and now she did not know what other people would think of all this. Her heart was beating so fast it was a almost hard to concentrate, but she did the best that she could. And the silence almost made her deaf which was kinda funny with how she thought of such things.

"Al...where are you?" She thought to herself.

"Out here..." He shouted back, and was standing next to a man typing away at a keyboard. Jess standing next to him as they looked over data collected by satellites over the past week.

"There isn't anything but my patrols on the heat maps of the area... But there is something out there..." Al told Jess, and she simply nodded. The man at the keyboard said nothing as he brought up a few windows and then closed them after checking for the data he wanted. Al was dressed different today, not in the normal Sharif's outfit what seemed like dark hunting cloths. The thing that seemed off is both of them seemed to be taking things as if they were normal, Jess topless other then panties that screamed "Fuck me" and Al in a fucking hunting gear. Yet the people under Jess's command were dressed as they should, some even wearing what looked like Heavy body armor.

"My patrols have found trails leading off north and west, but the tracks don't seem to meet up or cross... We might have more then one or two groups out there..." Al said as he looked at the screens as well, trying his best not to look at Jess's ample chest.

Hearing Al she walked in and saw what she did, her eyes saw all sorts of computers and scans. It felt like she was either in a sci fi book or in a dream or hell perhaps even both. She had no idea what this would mean for her, but right now she just did the best she could to think. Her eyes looking as she saw Jess topless, what the hell was all this? Stopping she rubbed her head and just wanted to pass out. She was lost in the wold now and had no damn idea what she was doing, which was very bad.

Had she missed something because she wasn't a werewolf? but all this was running in her head so much and so fast it was really hard to think. She walked up to Al and placed her hand on his shoulder and looked at him. "What is going on here?" She asked him, wanting answers and wanting him to fill her in. Since Al didn't sugar coat anything and that was something she needed, she needed to make sense out of this some how. Her eyes looking at Jess and sighed closing her eyes.

Al said nothing at the touch, but with Jess showing off he was getting worked up a bit. Be hid it well and would take one of the clan bitches late that night most likely. But for now he gave it to Eve as it was.

"Something or someone... Or rather... Things are hunting us and it's beyond what we can track for some reason... Jake called in Jess here as they have more experience with things outside werewolves. We thought it might be a rival clan trying to take turf from us but this isn't our way... And whatever it is, it's unlike anything either side has dealt with before..." He told her, looking over the satellite feeds on the screen.

"You however should be resting... Your power back there at the clinic put you out for almost a week here... You shouldn't push yourself too hard right now... Jess here has set up a command center and to make sure whet ever is out there doesn't get anywhere near you..." He told her.

She looked at him and was taken back by what he said to her, almost a week? What the hell. But looking up at the screens and thinking for a moment. Her hand went against her face as flashes just came to her it was amazing. Right now things were going to the point where she was going insane she thought. Right now things were what they were sighing a little as she placed her hands on her hips. Trying to cover up the fact that she was very surprised at what was going on right in that moment.

"Al I know you and me are friends but why in the hell would you do this for one human? As far as I understood most of your clan don't even like me. So why in the world would you find it necessary to protect me? and what ever this is probably wont even attack me. " She shook her head honestly not understanding the point of this protection when most of his clan hated her. This whole thing made no damn sense to her and all they could offer her was just more questions which bugged her.

"Al would have put a handful of his best, most trusted people on guard duty Eve.." Jess began as she looked to her, watching her movements and Al's as they stood there.

"I was the one who insisted on bringing in a more specialized unit for your protection... That and a doctor who deals with more normal humans." She said and bobbed her head towards the woman doing some blood work on her kitchen counter, with a sheet over it to keep it clean.

"And these things haven't just attacked Werewolves... I've got half a dozen reports of attacks like this from other areas, though it seems to have gotten a taste for the wolves as of late..." Jess said, knowing that whatever this thing or things were it was killing more often then before.

"I also brought Al some items he requested... We humans have a nack for killing things..." Jess said and patted the large fantasy style rifle she had resting against her bare leg. Eve would take note that Al's normal pistol was missing and replaced by a much more detailed and carved pistol made out of a very shinny black metal that almost seemed like liquid rather then hard metal.

"With some research help from us..." All added, knowing that his clan had helped designed the weapons to be more useful against the things that most people were myth or fairy tales.

"Still not sure it will be enough to stop whatever is out there.. These were designed to stop other Werewolves and Vampires... High class lone wolves and high end Vampires... The types who live along and are living in the past and thing as humans as nothing but food, they will take bullets like their nothing, because normally they are..." Jess smiled and nodded and continued what Al was saying.

"The bullets are enchanted and carry magic runes on them, very hard to make, much less mass produce for anyone, so there is only a limited amount of ammo... Though I've requested they send more, hopefully we won't need them..." Al then spoke again.

"They were designed to be one shot kills... We shouldn't need more then one shot, you humans make up for your lack of precision with adding the ability to shoot many more times, one out of one hundred shots will hit right?" Al joked with her. Jess simple smiled and patted the rifle next to her again.

"Amazing what computer assisted Targeting can do for one these days..." She replied, for it's size the rifle next to her could carry a amazing 400 rounds of enchanted bullets and was still lighter then most hand guns. Al's gun on the other hand was made much tougher, and weighed more then most Sniper rifles did. His weapon still could carry 45 rounds too, which would add even more weight as his clip carried a type of new test rounds he had mad for this very gun, not only designed to kill Werewolves and Vampires, but shapeshifters and Golems too.

"If your willing Eve, I had a weapon crafted for you as well... But I won't make you carry it with you..." Al told her.

She looked up at her friend and listened to every word he said, she always hung to his words enjoying every moment he spoke to her. But she began to wonder if knowing this was a wise thing, looking down as she closed her eyes. This felt like a very bad idea, she wasn't a warrior she was just a nurse and healer. But right now she did not know what to do any more. She looked up at Al and looked around her, her eyes darting.

Walking around the room in silence, the only sound that came from her was the sound of her foot steps. Echoing all over the place, but one thing was sure. This woman who had spoken to her, she did not trust her. If she had been out old so long, she did not know what kind of madness went on without her there. Another full moon came and went. She began to go over every little thing in her life, trying to find her answers herself.

He was willing to do anything for her she knew, that was why they were such great friends. They had a bond no one could break, she had trusted him from the moment he told her what he was. To now and he had never let her stray from the path she was needed to stay on. He protected her from those who wished her harm. Would she turn her back on him when he needed her now? It was amazing how confusion came about.

Now was the time to stop being a child she thought, she held her head up high and turned looking at those in the room. Her eyes scanning their faces and found each one different yet the same. Losing everything she had done, scarified everything was something she did every day. What was one more promise? One more thing to sacrifice. But what she would not sacrifice and it was the answers she wanted.

"You were the first one I met here, the first one to tell me what you and your people were. And I accepted it as an adult, I did not ask for proof of anything. I took your word for it. I accepted werewolves were real, and nothing like they were on T.V but now? this whole thing I dunno. Right now everything was just almost to much. Werewolves that pack weapons basically, this whole thing is like a science fiction novel.

But what I want to know is this woman, and who the hell am I? It's like there is a junk of me that is dead, that always had been. I accepted my fate and just don't know what to think any more. I am not a warrior by trade Al, I am just a simple girl who had a normal life up until I came here. Not that I am complaining I love it here, and the people even though some don't care for me. Yet here you are everything thrown on my lap"

She saw the weapon he wanted her to have and her eyes looked over every inch of it, her eyes soaking in things. It was almost hard to believe this was going on, but she dealt with it best she knew how. She hated guns as she did hunting and picked it up, it looked so heavy but it was very light. Now was the time to choose, she wanted answers but until them. She spun the gun in her hands simply and looked at him, just nodding. "I want my answers still but I will join you, though I doubt your clan will like it, accept the few who like me"

The pistol Eve held was light weight, hardly the weight one would think of a real gun made of metal. Al watched her spin it like s pro gunslinger and glanced at Jess, who simply had watched Eve spin it and then looked at Al as if to ask what he was looking at. Al said nothing and simply turned back to the screen for a moment.

But everyone looked up when they heard the inhuman scream coming from outside. Something that was far from being a Werewolf and far from being nice. The sound made even Al stop for a moment, he reached for his weapon as did almost everyone else in the room, something was coming and it sounded mad.

Eve admired the gun she had always hated weapons but at times like this one had to keep protected, so right now things were as they should be. Until the scream, Eve was the only one who did not jump and she looked up. Seeing Al take up his gun she knew that something bad was going on, course with a scream like that. She took her gun in her hand and quickly took cover by the door, she nodded to Al. "I will cover you from behind" She said to him. She had a military father, hence why she knew what she was doing.

"I have your back Al, like always" She offered him a smile.

The tech on the computer turned around and quickly had the Satellite scan the area near the house. Nothing was showing up but the sound outside clearly proved otherwise.

Al's eyes turned more wolf like as he stepped towards the door, looked back at Jess who nodded and moved to bump Eve back so she could take the door frame for covering fire, her weapon was bigger and she may have had better Aim then eve would, though she questioned that, but it was not time yet, she would not let Eve get hurt, not now, not after finder her, she had her own promise to keep to protect Eve.

Al opened the door and before eve even knew what happened he was outside, his speed far beyond her ability at the moment to keep up. Eve hardly had time to see Jess move and shift from her back against the wall to looking around the corner and opening fire, and the sound was nothing like the TV and movies, the hiss of each shot sounded dull and muffled. Al's Gun on the other hand sounded load and more like the TV and movies made guns sound like. Eve could hear the weapon going off even as Jess fired out the door, keeping Eve behind her, the others in the house quickly moving to the windows to look out, each with a small side arm in hand.
