Cruz the Canadian is running for President. This should provide some grand humor. We need to set the over/under for when he quits the race.

Although it would be funny as shit if he were found not to be constitutionally qualified to be President of the US, you know, since he is a Canadian.

always remember

ATTACK and ATTACK any person that can help restore the US

Lawyers say Canadian-born Ted Cruz eligible to run for president

Neal Katyal, acting solicitor general in the Obama administration, and Paul Clemente, solicitor general in President George W. Bush’s administration, got out in front of the issue in a Harvard Law Review article.

“There is no question that Senator Cruz has been a citizen from birth and is thus a ‘natural born Citizen’ within the meaning of the Constitution,” they wrote.

Anti-Cruz “birthers” had questioned the Texas Republican senator’s eligibility to be president, challenging his citizenship status because he was born in Canada. Two years ago, Cruz released his birth certificate showing his mother was a U.S. citizen born in Delaware, presumably satisfying the requirements for presidential eligibility as a “natural born citizen.”

The law review article, “On the Meaning of ‘Natural Born Citizen”, asserts that the interpretation of the term was settled in Cruz’s favor as early as the 1700’s. The lawyers wrote that the Supreme Court has long used British common law and enactments of the First Congress for guidance on defining a “natural born citizen.”

You have to admit that after all the birther crap it would be funny if Cruz were to be disqualified

Yeah,

Haha...would be funny:rolleyes:

True, a Canadian is a step down from a Muslim nigger, but it could bring us white people closer.

Watching the idiot having to dance around being a Jupiter-sized hypocrite is almost enough for me to want to take him off Ignore.

I would love it, but I am slightly vindictive person....

But I'm not quite sure Canada is truly upset about Cruz so they may not claim him as one of their own anyway.

Gov. Jerry Brown: Cruz “Unfit” To Be President Because He Doesn’t Get Climate Change Is So Urgent It Requires Almost A “Crusade”

See, Climate Change is a religion.

Via WaPo:

California Gov. Jerry Brown (D), speaking Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” deemed Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Tex.) “unfit” to run for president because of his views on climate change.

“That man betokens such a level of ignorance and a direct falsification of the existing scientific data,” he said. “It’s shocking, and I think that man has rendered himself absolutely unfit to be running for office.”

Brown said there should be urgency to deal with climate change. “I think this almost has to be at the level of a crusade,” he said.

This week, Brown announced a $1 billion emergency package to deal with the state’s drought, which is entering its fourth year. “We are running out of time because it’s not raining,” he said. “This is a serious matter we’re experiencing in California, as kind of a foretaste. But there is no doubt that into the future, we’re going to have more problems.” He also said research results show a “connection” between California’s drought and climate change.

When asked by host Chuck Todd whether he would run for president if he was 10 years younger, Brown said he would.

Didn't get good reviews .
Perhaps that's an indication of his chances .

I wish this jackass would move to another state, or return to Canada. Most Texans are sick of this moron.
