When you know you are about to confront a situation that you are not comfortable with, how do you prepare yourself?

I don't. I just put it off as far as i can....and then jump into it. But recently I have been more sensitive to this and have begun to worry about things...and imagine the possible outcome. I guess so I will be prepared....

Same goes for hurricanes swirling around in my backyard....
