Okay, I know that the bukookie thing has been talked to death but I thought that just this once I'd start a topic to discuss bukookie.

It's not a spelling error, I'm not talking about that Japanese fetish.

I'm talking about an overabundance of cookies! Bukookie!

For me personally my total, ultimate favorite of all time is one of those chewy oatmeal raisin bukookies! Oh, to revel in the heady taste and aroma of a freshly baked oatmeal raisin bukookie. The warm, soft scent teases and arouses your senses and makes the mouth water in anticipation. The feel of the bukookie, full of moist raisins and extra nummy stuff as it sits in your hand is simply divine. Oatmeal is a heavy bukookie because it's so full of warm, chewy goodness and love. Someday I will have my very own special little girl rub my belly and hand feed me a delectible oatmeal raisin bukookie.

Okay, who let Betticus have the HGH (Human Goof Hormone) again? You'd think we'd all learn from the last time he got into the stuff...

I add chopped almonds, dates and dried cranberries to my oatmeal raisin bukookies. When I treat myself to a fresh warm bukookie experience I make sure I don't miss a single crumb, not in my hand, on my tummy, or on the floor.

yummmmmmmm!

I knew it! I saw the title and I knew you were hiding cookies in here, you cookiehider.

Now hand them over, and no one gets hurt.

MMmmMmmm warm gooey bukookies...

I like 'em with the peanut butter chips and chocolate. Now I will have to go bake.

If you pronounce that word in japanese syllabary it sounds nothing like cookies.

bukuuki is what you want

Look around lil darling, this dungeon has been outfitted with all the ingredients for any kind of bukookie ever made and five ovens and a big oak coffee table and comfy chairs and a fridge full of fresh, ice cold milk. There are glasses and plates too!

*psst! there are fresh chocolate chip bukookies on the coffee table*

:D

Keep the raisins out and all will be happy!

(Maybe some baking would be in order, hm...)

OOOOOooooooh.

I'll have me some of those macadamia nut cookies... mmmm.... so soft and warm and gooey.

Now, to get up the energy to make some.... ugh....

:grumble:

Mmm... Oatmeal Chocolate Chip bukookies...
Peanut Butter bukookies with chocolate and butterscotch chips...
Even sugar bukookies...

I'll stay in here a while, I think. :)

Are there any low fat cookies?

You just gotta eat them standing up, then the calories melt into the floor. *nods*

Now see, that was my problem. I was told to eat them on top of the refrigerator because calories are afraid of heights and will jump off to save themselves. Faulty information, I tell you.

Should've known  Betticus and his cookies...and his figs...and his belly rubs...

I'm sorry to tell you, but that was faulty information indeed. You are supposed to store chocolate on top of the fridge for the reason you mentioned. When you take it down again to eat it, there won't be any calories left. But climbing on the fridge just increases the risk of injury be falling down.

Broken cookies have no calories because they all fall out! So always brake your cookies and give them one good shake before eating.
