I'm thinking of a middle-aged, hugely frustrated but otherwise respectable housewife whose great talent is meticulous organisation.

She has set her sights on the only son/daughter of the family moved in next door but a year ago. She has to have him/her - and begins a painstaking diary of that family's movements and daily routine.

Without going into all the detail, I have almost everything I need to complete the story. The culminating scene is set in the shower room of the house next door where this housewife and her target are fucking. The rest of the family are away, out of the house. She has made her conquest.

What I need are suggestions as to how the housewife befriends or ingratiates herself into the family's "good books" and particularly how she may contrive to spark sexual desire for herself in the target ahead of "D-Day". I have some thoughts but none of them particularly brilliant.

Perhaps the woman is a teacher. The Son/daughter has trouble in the very subject she teaches. She starts to tutor to help on the subject matter and soon the one shes seducing is getting much better grades. (Im assuming these are college ages subjects 18+) . As shes with them, she always wears very seductive attire and sophisticated clothing. The seduction starts when she leans over during instruction and is not wearing any bra. The Son/daughter catches a glimpse of her petite yet very pretty breasts. Finally the woman confronts the subject about the stares down her blouse. One opens up and discusses the fact that there still a virgin and these are the first glimpses of a female body. Being embarrassed they open up to the fact their very naive on the subject of sex. The teacher turns her focus to sex ed and secretly shares techniques and the best way to please a woman. She even goes further to explore many avenues of sex such as BDSM, same sex, role play etc. The family knows nothing of this but is celebrating the new attitude of joy and happiness their family member has become.

Hmm, a meticulous organizer (Susan) would also sound like the kind of person who would be involved in the local HOA. The new family moves in and the house has been unoccupied for some time and the yard and property need work to be brought up to the standards of the HOA.

She stops by and unlike most HOA "Karens" she's sympathetic and patient. This may be when she first meets the young person. And Susan, knows everyone locally. She drops the cards of a local landscaper and irrigation company and a roofer to take care of some mismatched tiles. All the work is very fairly priced and the family is over the moon as they overpaid for the house in the first place (like most of us.)

Susan and the mom (Kate) become fast friends talking about home decorating, cooking, schools, etc. "Your son/daughter is very polite and helpful, you must be a terrific mom," Susan says one day.

Kate, blushes and says that her kid is just naturally good natured and she's so very proud. He/she is starting their first year at the local university/art or music school/apprenticeship, or whatever. Which is close enough that the child can still live at home. Maybe that's why they moved to that location.

Susan excuses herself to the restroom while at her neighbors house and gets a little voyeur action, seeing the young man/woman naked through a door that is slightly agar. That's when her interest turns to desire.

Over time, the desire becomes obsession and she meticulously plans her interactions with them. Maybe she asks if they are available for work at her place, maybe help her with a DIY home improvement project. Painting or wallpapering or something. She dresses just barely on the safe side of inappropriate. It's not long before she sees the young person openly admiring her curvy body and she knows the hook has been set.

When Kate and her husband take a little trip, leaving they child home alone to continue their studies, Susan knows it's time to reel in.

Those are both good suggestions. Here's another one: the mother next door has broken her arm, and can't cook. Our scheming housewife (SHW) happens to be a very good cook, so she starts bringing meals over around dinner time. Soon she is invited to eat with the family. The target mentions that she wishes she could cook like that. SHW says, "Oh, honey, I'd love to teach you. I'll come over some time when your parents are away and we'll have the kitchen to ourselves."

Knowing the typical young man's level of room cleanliness, the housewife "runs into" target's mother and over the course of seemingly idle talk, the housewife casually mentions her play money scheme of space organization consulting. Hearing the target mother's exasperation, housewife could "have an epiphany"

"Oh my gosh Carol! I just had a thought! Maybe we could help each other out. What if I helped organize Jason's bedroom and Bob's garage and let me take before and after photos at no charge? You get your house back in shape, Your husband and son learn how to maintain it, and I get free portfolio material. Everybody wins!"

Over the next weekend, Bob mentally appreciates the subtle exhibitionist show housewife's yoga pants give in the garage and Jason finds a reason to look up from his PlayStation.

As a result of her observations and planning, your MC could maybe identify when the target is alone in the house. Obviously this will have to be arranged for the "main event", but in the meantime she could do some nude sunbathing in the supposed privacy of her own garden but in a position which she knows is visible from the target's bedroom.

She begins to notice a pair of binoculars furtively edging out from behind the curtains.
