As I've mentioned elsewhere, I let myself get out of shape after an accident a couple of years ago and have recently started a new exercise program (CrossFit) and a new diet (paleo, more or less) to try to gain fitness. Like the man said, I want to look good naked. So at the risk of public ridicule, I'm here going to post my Day Zero picture, and also my latest (Day 29) picture. Looking forward to Day 100.

Nice work! You can definitely see the difference, and I bet you can feel the difference too. Paleo is tough, are you doing it strict? Thanks for sharing your journey, I cant wait to see day 100 :)

Thanks. I'm being pretty strict, yeah. No grains, dairy, sugar, beans, little fruit. Booze I break over on sometimes, but only for red wine.

Grapes are paleo--thats how I justified wine :D

Paleo is intense. Good for you! As the others have said, there is a marked difference. Keep up the hard work. :D

Thank you. Adapting to paleo has been a challenge, but the exercise is actually the harder aspect. I haven't work so hard physically in years.

Day 40

Not much visible difference from Day 29 that I can see, but I've dropped another five pounds since the Day 29 shot and my clothes are looser. I feel better, too, though the workouts at the gym are continuing to kick my ass. And I miss dessert.

But I'm making progress!

Excellent job! Keep up the awesome work. You are a stronger person than I am for giving up dessert! :D
