One of my favorite discoveries in 2022 was Colleen Hoover. I read her book, It Ends With Us, in November and was instantly hooked. I spent the next two months reading everything she has written and now that I'm finished, I have a hole in my heart that only her messed-up brand of romance can fulfill.

"The Rose Code" about smart British women who were instrumental code breakers in WWII. The author shows the romantic side of these women and the hardships of not receiving their due recognition.

Well, there is supposed to be a book 12. And it's all fantasy

Have you read The Alice Network by Kate Quinn? It's historical fiction and maybe something you'd like.

Have you ever read the Kushiel series by Jaqueline Carey. Kind of like a game of thrones setting, but extremely erotic and filled with intrigue. The first is “Kushiel’s Dart” they are excellent.

I haven't, but it sounds like something I might need to check out. Thank you!
