Franklin County is divided among three different congressional districts. The parts of the county that are most heavily Democratic — essentially, Columbus proper — were all gathered into one district.

The parts of the county that are in OH-12 currently are the affluent northern suburbs, which are historically Republican although they've been trending away from the GOP of late (the serious Republican vote has moved out of the county into the surrounding counties).

Ohio has sixteen congressional districts, and the four with the most one-sided party tilt are the four currently represented by Democrats. That's the sure sign of an effective gerrymander.

When given a chance to spend an evening dining with either one, even a lot of Democrats would rather spend the time with Trump on one of his golf-course resorts as opposed to dining at the Clinton compound/bunker.
