Just observing some little hotties struting around in the platform flip-flops, teenie-weenie mini-shirts, to short for Daisy Dukes, halters, and tank tops. They toss their hair, talk too loud, and hold cellphones to their ears. Push-up bras and god help us genetics have everything bursting at the seams.

A few guys are smoking under a small patch of shade. Of course, they notice the hotties walking back and forth in front of them.

Every now and then the sweet little things would give the guys the most disgusted look that can be made by any animal.

When they are in public why are they getting upset, not making cat calls mind you, when the ordinary guy notices, obviously liking what he sees?

BS: Obviously you're observing them from your POV and the dudes'. Young hotty chicks hardly have a clue what they're doing; they get all that stuff from girly mags, TV, movies, vids and each other. Actually, the reason why girls act so annoyed when regular joes call after them, is because they are being taught that they have to. A girl to shows appreciation to a guy's attention, is labelled a slut. Only by pretending to be completely uninterested, will she get the slightest respect. "Snob" is a four-letter-word, just like "slut", but girls know what they prefer. Atleast a snob is admired.

Cos most of them dont have a clue why they do it except they are looking for attention and when they do get it...they aren't quite sure exactly what to do with it. Call them afraid and learning.

Other than that, I still get looks and comments at my age and I just smile and say thanks. Goes to show what maturity (and a young husband!!) can do for a woman.

Give them time...they'll either learn the right way or the wrong way but never stop enjoying the view!! I'd think you were dead if you did!!

Interesting scenario eh. First off I noticed you didn't mention ages, merely saying that they were 'little hotties'. Stereotypically I'd agree with the others that the young girls were teenagers (though stereotyping is something I loathe doing).

In answering your question, I would have a guess and say sorry, but the guys were simply not the kind of guys that the girls were hoping would notice them.

I would go further to guess that the guys were over the accepted age of who the girls preferred looking at them. Also it could be a thought that the guys were reacting in a way other than the girls would have preferred.

Now the girls, being young girls, have not yet learned how to discern between the consequence they want and the consequence they receive. This is something learned from experience.

I love the explination, except for the last bit.

I've seen who have stopped in full conversation at the site of an attractive woman, and then react strongly to an unspoken dismissal. Something along the lines of "Well, fuck you to bitch!"

I'm not talking about those guys, nor the guys who act like the dog on the cartoon who's eyes bug out and tongues roll out like a red carpet.

I'm talking about the regular joe who see something that catches his attention. Like the sound of heels on a hard floor. I've seen many guy's head snap around at that one even if the woman is no where in sight. Yup, I'm guilt too.

My thought to ladies is that some guys are going to look even if there's nothing but ankle showing. Expect it. You don't have to be mean about it.

Reason: Some guys get hurt by that crap, and I hate hearing about fuses being lit over bullshit.

To address the she deserved it because of what she was wearing. I willing to bet that wasn't the reason. I willing to bet in some of the cases, some babe some where told him "Fuck off creap"

Becareful, 20 year old in tight, low-riser, short-shorts and a belly top that couldn't rise up because the belly was pushing them down they couldn't get any higher; short-shorts because there was not enough hips for the rubber band to hold up the regular ones, so panties were the only thing left; belly top because of too much padding.

Who says they are looking at anything?

Or, perhaps they are merely trying to realign their contact lens without rubbing their eye and smearing their mascara?

What I mean to say, is this sounds a lot like the back side of:

“Hey, Joe! Did you see the LOOK she gave ME!”

“You? You’re nuts! She was looking straight at me!”

Self delusion, both positive or negative, often exists in the eye of the beholder, only.
