Okay. So I made all of you suffer through my Domming myself smoke free thing. Well my smoke free drop dead date was September first. I Have not had a cigarette since August 31st so it worked. So far. I still have a bit of a craving but nothing I can't handle.

I am going in a new direction now. I have a new self Domination project that I'm going for.

Vegetarianism. Yep, I'm going vegetarian. My short term goal is ovo lacto vegetarian which means I'll still use dairy and eggs but for my extreme long term goal. Veganism. Absolutely no animal products in the diet at all.

I will make an exception for my female body fluid fetishes of breast milk and girlcum.

Right.... I'll have to post periodically about this. I've already cut red meat out of the diet completely, I've been tapering that off for a long time. I had a piece of chicken today and some cheese but that is it. I didn't say I had reached the goal yet, just getting on that road.

Vegan bodybuilder is my ultimate goal. Watch out world, lock up your soybeans.......

Congratz

1st congratz on still being smoke free.

2nd I wish you all the luck on your new journey towards veggiesm. I hope you keep up on the thread and let us know the effects you feel as you progress. More energy...less alergies...etc...

I hear that when you jump into it your body goes through alot of changes...cravings...energy swings....until you get use to the new way of eating.

What are some of your goals for doing this if I might ask?

I'm not much a carnivore - I rarely ever get the urge to eat meat unless I am bery very hungry, but I eat it to kinda balance things out. I'm also like that with junk food, I'll usually crave for a head of broccoli or something just because it crunches and it tickles my mouth when I chew it. *shrugs*

I already feel better but what I'm doing is making small, gradual changes so I don't end up feeling like I'm missing something. As far as the goals. Well, general health mostly. I've been getting food sensitivities for a long time. Till now it's been mostly with wheat and eggs but lately it's getting worse. Right now if I eat any kind of wheat product it doesn't digest properly. It's starting to have the same kind of effects when I eat dairy and especially cheese. Other grains are having a small effect too. Anyway for me cutting out meat makes sense. I'm 34 and a mesomorph so with the way I pack on the muscle when I'm training I really don't need animal products. I don't want to get huge but I'm also concerned with the history of heart problems on my dad's side of the family.

So far I've just been listening to my body and reacting to it but now that I see a clear pattern in these shitty symptoms I'll just go ahead and make the rest of the changes. The energy thing is really cool though as I've just been fatigued for a long time so feeling better already has buoyed my spirits a little.

I also want to lose weight so five to six small meals a day consisting of a lot of green veggies, a lean protein like a tofu and a good low glycemic carb will help.

I'll post the updates.

Oh, so youre doing the "eat sensibly and excercise" thing. I read about that once...

I keep forgetting that there are people who consider tofu to be food. I still don't understand why.

have smelled tofu and cant understand how anyone can eat it either.

good luck with your quiting smoking and going veggie Betticus.

I believe that if you deep fry it in animal fat, smother it in sour cream and chilli with a helping of pizza and fried chicken on the side, it aint half bad.

Maybe I'll supplement my protein intake by suckling lactating women.

So are you just going to have a harem of pregnant, lactating women or what?

I think that just one will do. But as Ex Luv said I do kinda have to get her pregnant first.

That usually isn't too hard to do. Maybe you should just make a small allowance for milk in your diet: Moo!

...

Chuckles::

I wonder if you ever seen the CA commercials about

"Great cheese comes from happy cows!"

"My favorite is the hit the snooze button."

Chuckles again at Myst's big MOO!
