”Painting” Mom was a relatively easy choice as story of the month – it received the most views in August, the fifth most number of comments, the most votes and had one of the highest ratings of the non-chaptered stories submitted.
DanielQSteele won the comments section for the second month running – although this is unusual we felt we couldn’t ignore an author who had the top three commented stories on for the month.
While a very few stories had more votes than “Maggie”, all of them were winners in other categories and hence not eligible for the prize. Bob also had other high vote total stories submitted during the month.
andtheends’s story was very warmly received by our A.I.R. readers. Many wrote us to tell us that they believe this is her best story ever and that they hope she continues in this vein in the future.
Thanks again to everyone who voted, submitted, or was involved in Literotica in any way. You are all awesome! Isn’t it fun to finally have a monthly contest with winners from so many different categories?
And please, since this is the Story Feedback forum we ask you to post your feedback to both the winning authors and to A. I. R. right here on this thread.

NOTES: 1) Chaptered stories are not eligible for monthly prizes except in the “most comments” category.
2) Stories with voting and/or comments turned off are not eligible for prizes.
3) 200 votes was the minimum requirement for the “highest rated” category. Eligible stories were then multiplied by the category correction coefficient to find the winner.
4) Authors are only eligible for one prize in any monthly contest.
