Never have here but my place is fairly rural and the people go to haunted houses and such

People bring their kids in the offices in the last working day before Halloween. There would be decorations and treats for them. Malls would encourage stores to have treats ready for kids. There are some industries like call centers who have contests for best costume. It's a blast!
